Smoked turkey sandwich.This smoked turkey sandwich recipe is without mayo and very EASY to make! The sandwich is perfect for breakfast or lunch and includes everything you need. This easy smoked turkey sandwich includes deli smoked turkey, tomatoes, onion, cheese, avocado and fried egg. It is very nutritious! The sandwich doesn't include classic lettuce. Healthy smoked turkey sandwich is made of wheat bread that is toasted but you can use any bread you have. Smoked turkey sandwich is different from other ordinary sandwiches. I used smoked turkey breast because it is healthier than ham. Follow simple steps and enjoy your smoked turkey sandwich just in 5 minutes!
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices of wheat bread
1 egg
1 tomato
1 red onion
1 avocado
slices of smoked turkey
1 slice of any cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
salt, black pepper, dill to taste

Smoked Turkey Sandwiches with Spicy Aioli

Ingredients
4 individual ciabatta rolls, sliced in half lengthwise
Spicy aioli (see recipe below)
4 slices picante provolone
3 roasted red peppers, sliced into strips (about 1 cup)
1 pound thinly sliced smoked turkey breast
1 cup tightly packed fresh basil leaves
Spicy Aioli:
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Calabrian chili paste
Kosher salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the ciabatta rolls on a rimmed baking sheet with the cut side facing upwards. Bake until lightly toasted, 7 to 10 minutes.
Arrange the bread, toasted side up, on a work surface and divide the spicy aioli on all the halves evenly. On each of the bottom halves place 1 slice of cheese, ripping in half if necessary to make the cheese fit the bread. On top of the cheese, layer the peppers, followed by the turkey. Divide the basil evenly on each of the top halves, pressing slightly to adhere to the aioli. Place the tops of the sandwiches on, then cut the sandwiches diagonally and serve.
Spicy Aioli:
Yield: Makes about ¾ cup
Whisk together the mayonnaise, chili paste and ¼ teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Refrigerate aioli until ready to assemble the sandwiches.

Grilled Sandwich Ingredients
Garlic Cheese Bread (I used a loaf and cut my own thick slices) can use Texas Toast or any other thick sliced bread
1 - 2 large Onions, diced and grilled
1 - 2 lbs. Pastrami cut thin or Cajun Turkey sliced thin (can use any type of deli meat that you like)
Yellow Mustard
Mayonnaise of your choice
Dill Pickle slices
2 - 4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Apple Cheddar Bacon & Turkey Sandwich
I love the way all of these flavors come together to make a delicious fall inspired sandwich!
????What you will need for 4 sandwiches:
-1 loaf of grain & seeds artisan bread, I used the rustik oven
-1 block of extra sharp cheddar cheese, I used black creek cheese
-1 pack of hickory smoked bacon (12 slices)
-1 evercrisp apple or whatever apple you prefer
-1/2 pound honey maple turkey
-1/4 sliced red onion
-4 1/2 tbsp of stone ground mustard by inglehoffer
-1 1/2 tbsp of honey
-1 1/2 tbsp chopped pecans
-1 1/2 tbsp mayo
-3 cups chopped kale
-1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
????Directions:
-Preheat oven to 400. Bake bacon for 15 minutes on a sheet pan. Transfer to paper towel lined plate. During this time you can mix your kale and olive oil together until the kale deepens in color. You can also cut your cheddar cheese, red onion and apple.
-Bring oven temp down to 375.
-For each sandwich grab two slices of bread. On one slice of bread add a few pieces of cheddar cheese. Place both halves in the oven for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
-Mix together stone mustard, honey, mayo and crushed pecans. On the non cheese slice of bread add a little more than 1 tbsp of your sauce.
-Assemble your sandwiches with three slices of turkey, a row of apple slices, a few slices of onion, 3 pieces of bacon and kale. Slice and enjoy with chips or by itself!
