KETO LEMON BUTTER MAHI & ASPARAGUS | Easy Keto Fish Recipe | Suz and The Crew
This week I made some awesome and easy keto mahi-mahi and asparagus. This recipe was inspired by the Delish one, linked down below. I ended up changing it significantly, by accidentally grabbing cilantro instead of parsley! What a happy accident that turned out to be! I will be writing up my own version of this super simple keto recipe, but until then feel free to refer to theirs and just print and edit it if you wish to make it the way I did. Also, while we chose to use mahi-mahi in this recipe, it would probably work well with any type of fish you wish to cook. You could also easily sub out the asparagus for another low carb vegetable as well.

Baked Chicken with Butternut Squash and Asparagus Recipe - Carolina B
A healthier and tasty replacement for the old baked chicken with potatoes recipe.
Ingredients:
- Chicken:
About 6 Organic chicken drumsticks or the chicken part of your choice
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 cup Chia Seed
1/2 tbsp Hemp oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
- Vegetables:
2 cups cubed butternut squash
1/2 bunch of asparagus cut in 1 1/2 in pieces
3/4 cup chopped or thinly sliced celery
1 tbs brown sugar or coconut sugar
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees.
Mix all the 'chicken ingredients together and place in a oven safe dish. Let it bake for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile mix the 'vegetables' ingredients together. After 25min flip the chicken over, and add the vegetable mix to the dish. Bake it for another 40 minutes of until the butternut squash and chicken are fully cooked.

Masala Omelette
-4 eggs (4 whites +1 yolk)
-1/2 onion chopped
-1/2 tomato chopped
-1’green chillies cut
-few coriander leaves chopped
-Salt & pepper
-In medium bowl add eggs whisk
-Heat oil pan sauté onion, tomato, green chilies for a second add to egg mixture whisk, salt & pepper
-Heat olive oil pour egg mixture close the lid cook on a medium flame until completely cooked
-Transfer to a plate with sides
POTATO PAN FRY
-1 Boiled potato cut
-In a bowl mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salty& pepper
-Heat a pan with olive oil, place potato slices blush sauce mixture
-flip and brush other side as well,
Cook until nice and brown & buttery
-Serve along with Eggs, avocado & toast
-Enjoy!!!
PAN FRIED BASA FISH
-2 Chunks of basa
-1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce/ 1 table light soy,garlic paste marinate for half an hour
-Heat a pan with olive oil place Basa chunks, medium heat close the lid and cook for 5 minutes,
Then again Open the lid fry for another 2-3 minutes until they are dark brown in color
-Enjoy with lemon rice, seasoned Daliya .
Matcha drink-
Cold coffee (Malz special)
-1 coffee espresso shot
-4 ice cubes
-1/2 cup Oar milk Barista Edition
