How To make Blue Cheese Stuffed Pork ChopsG
1/2 c Carrot
Shredded
1/4 c Pecans :
Chopped
1/4 c Cheese, Blue crumbled
1 Onions, Green :
sliced
1 t Worcestershire sauce
4 Pork loin chops
1/4 c Yogurt, Plain
4 ts Flour, All-purpose
3/4 c Milk
1/2 ts Instant chicken bouillon
ds Pepper
In a small bowl, combine carrot, pecans, blue cheese, green onion and worcestershire sauce for stuffing. Trim fat from meat. Make a pocket in each chop by cutting horizontally into the chop from the fat side almost to the bone. Spoon about 1/4 of the stuffing into each pocket. Fasten with wooden toothpicks if needed. Grill until brown and cooked through. In a small sauce pan, mix yogurt and flour. Add milk, chicken bouillon, and pepper. Cook and stir until thickening and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. To serve, remove the toothpicks, and serve sauce over chops. Original Posters Notes: From the Better Homes and Gardens "Grill It Right" cookbook. Got the book at Sam's about 4 months ago. Very good book. I fixed this because my wife LOVES blue cheese, any form, on or in anything <g>. I am so-so on it, but this is a very good recipe, and well worth the trouble to make the pockets and stuffing. Picky 13 year old (It's not a big mac) even ate it <g>. Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Pork Chops
INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
2 ounces cream cheese
½ cup mozzarella, shredded
2 tablespoons Parmesan, grated
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
¾ cup frozen cooked spinach, thawed and squeezed out
6 1-inch thick pork chops
5 eggs
1 cups flour
3 cups panko breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 375℉ and heat 1-inch of oil to 375ºF in a deep pan.
2. Add the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, salt, and pepper to a bowl and thoroughly combine.
3. Season the top and bottom of the pork chop with salt and pepper, then slice a thin slit down the side of each chop.
4. Stuff each pork chop with an even amount of filling and press the edge to seal it.
5. Dip the chops in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, and back in the egg and breadcrumbs again.
6. Fry the chops until the breadcrumbs are golden brown, then transfer to a baking sheet and bake until the internal temperature reaches between 145ºF and 160ºF. Let rest for 3 minutes.
7. Enjoy!

These blue cheese crusted pork chops bring bold flavours from the intensity of the blue cheese and the rich pork taste. A freshness from the parsley helps balance things out and a touch of the holidays finds its way into your heart with the breading from the pork reminiscent of stuffing from a family get together.
The trick to making amazing blue cheese crusted pork chops the best they can be is to give them a nice sear on the frying pan after you add the blue cheese breadcrumb mix. You don't need to flip them, you just need to sear the bottom of the pork chop, so don't worry about making a mess with the blue cheese breadcrumb mix. And then you finish them off in the oven to crisp up that beautiful golden brown topper.

Ingredients
2 Pork chops
½ cup Blue cheese
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp Parsley
¼ tsp Salt
⅛ tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Cooking oil
Instructions
1). Preheat oven to 400 degrees F°
2). Oil, salt and pepper 2 pork chops. In a large bowl mix together blue cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Add oil and mix well. Add the breadcrumb mixture to the tops of the pork chops and pat down.
3). Add oil to large oven safe frying pan and heat to medium high heat on the stove top, and cook pork chops (breadcrumb mixture side up) for 2-3 minutes.
4). Then put the frying pan with the pork chops into the oven for 6-8 minutes. Or until fully cooked. 5). Remove the pork chops and let rest 5 minutes.

Goat Cheese Stuffed Pork Chop
Tomahawk pork chop stuffed with goat cheese and topped with strawberry jalapeño jam!!!!
Ingredients
• Thick cut pork chop
• 2 oz goat cheese
• Pepper jelly/jam of choice
• Salt and pepper
Directions
1. I used a small tip boning knife to cut a small incision and open up a big cavity inside the chop. Widen up with your finger if needed being careful not to rip another section open.
2. Let goat cheese come to room temp and place in a Ziplock or piping bag. Pipe cheese into chop. Seal hole with a toothpick.
3. Coat with light olive oil and salt and pepper.
4. Grill on high heat until nice char marks are formed.
5. After flipping, layer pepper jelly on top and let glaze.
6. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting. Remove toothpick.
