Graham Cracker Crumbs
This simple skill video demonstrates a good method & formula for a homemade graham cracker crumb(s) preparation. This item can be used for lining baking pans for cheesecakes, pies, tarts etc… This mixture can also be mixed or blended with cookie crumbs to create other taste profiles as well as being used as a “sprinkle” or ice cream ingredient. In some cases, you can apply this method exclusively to cookie crumbs without graham crackers.

How to make Panna Cotta dessert.
Panna cotta means cooked cream , and is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and set to create a custard-like consistency. Topped with fresh berries or caramel this dessert is a decadent treat. Surprisingly easy to make.
To make the Panna Cotta:
1 cup ( 250 ml) whole milk
2-1/2 tsp (7 grams) unflavored geletin (1 packet Knox gelatin)
2 cups (500 ml) heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup +1 Tbsp (150grams) granulated sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup ( 250 ml) sour cream
Place 1 cup milk in medium saucebap and sprinkle the top with 1 packet of gelatin before heating. Let stand 3-5 minutes or until gelatin is softened. Place pan over medium/low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved and mixture is steaming, about 4-5 minutes. DO NOT BOIL.
Add 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1/2 cup +1 Tbsp granulated sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Continue stirring about another 5 mintutes until sugar is fully dissolved is steaming again without boiling. Now remove from heat and let cool about 5 minutes.
Place sour cream into a meduim bowl with pouring lip. Whisking constantly, gradually add warm cream mixture to sour cream. Whisk until mixture is compleatly smooth then pour into serving dishes, i.e. ramekins, wine glasses, etc.
Refridgerate until fully set, usually 4-6 hours.
For the Berry sauce we made:
2 cups (500 ml) berries divided ( I used 1/2 rasberries and 1/2 diced strawberries)
3 Tbsp (125 grams) granulated sugar (reduce if berries are very sweet)
1/2 Tbsp (7.2 grams) lemon juice
In small saucepan combine 1 cup of mixed berries (1/2 rasberries and 1/2 diced strawberries), 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, and 3 Tbsp sugar. Bring to a low boil and cook 4-5 minutes until syrupy.
Stir in remaining mixed fresh berries and remove from heat. When berries are cooled to near room temperature, spoon over Panna Cotta dishes and enjoy your creation.

This is an easy cheese pie cake recipe for starting home bakers because it's easy to make. You'll get more crust and less filling than a regular cheesecake; trust me, it's fantastic!

▶️Ingredients:
• Eggs
• Salt
• Sugar
• Vegetable Oil
• Milk
• Flour
• Baking Powder
• Cottage Cheese
• Starch
▶️Method & Instructions:
• First, take a bowl. Then in this bowl, add three eggs, an amount of salt, and 180 grams of Sugar and mix them well together.
• Again add 100 ml Vegetable Oil, 70 ml Milk, 200 grams Flour, and 1 tablespoon baking powder to this bowl; mix them well as before.
• Now take a baking bowl and cover it with paper. Then grease the paper with butter/oil. Then pour the dough made with egg, flour, and Sugar into this bowl.
• Again take a small bowl. Add 250 grams of Cottage Cheese, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of Sugar, and 1 tablespoon of Starch to the bowl. And mix them well. After that, put them in a piping bag and use them as a lining in the dough.
• Then bake them at 180 degrees centigrade for 30-35 minutes. After 30-35 minutes, your delicious pie will be ready to serve.
• While serving, sprinkle a small amount of powdered Sugar on the pie and cut and serve.

Carrot Cake Muffins
This carrot cake muffins recipe shows you that the sky is the limit when thinking of dessert combos. The dough has carrots, walnuts, and raisins, all of them adding their unique flavor to the dish. Also, you can top these muffins with almost anything you can think of, we’ve tried a simple combo with cream cheese, walnuts, and a touch of sugar glaze.
INGREDIENTS
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 cup (65 grams) walnuts
1/2 cup (70 grams) raisins
1/2 cup (200 grams) brown sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup (140 grams) flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon nutmeg
Salt
7 ounces (200 grams) cream cheese
Sugar glaze
PREPARATION
Add the shredded carrots, half of the walnuts (keep the rest for using them later), and raisins in a large bowl. Mix.
In a separate bowl, add the brown sugar, olive oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Use a fork and mix until smooth.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
Sift the flour through a strainer. Add the cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Mix.
Slowly start pouring the wet mixture you’ve made earlier on, while whisking in the process.
Grab a 6-slot muffin tray and fill its empty slots with the muffin mixture.
Bake the muffins for the next 25 minutes.
Serve them topped with cream cheese, the rest of the walnuts, and sugar glaze.
