Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Boneless chicken cut in strips 400g
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Onion powder ¼ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ¼ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ¼ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 Cup
-Yellow bell pepper julienne 1 Cup
-Red bell pepper julienne 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
-Multigrain or bread of your choice as required
-Makhan (Butter)
-Tomato ketchup
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Cheddar cheese grated
Directions:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add salt,red chilli powder,onion powder,paprika powder,cumin powder,garlic powder,dried oregano, mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add capsicum,yellow bell pepper,red bell pepper,onion,mix well & set aside.
-Apply butter on multi grain bread slices & grill from both sides until golden brown.
-On both bread slices,drizzle tomato ketchup and add prepared chicken fajita filling on one bread slice.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese & place bread slice over it.
-Flip the sandwich and grill on low flame until cheese melts (makes 4 sandwiches).
-Cut into pieces & serve!

-Namak,lal mirch powder,onion powder,paprika powder,zeera powder,lehsan powder aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Shimla mirch,yellow bell pepper,red bell pepper aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
-Multigrain bread slices per makhan laga lein aur dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak grill ker lein.
-Dono bread slices per tomato ketchup dal dein aur tayyar chicken fajita filling ko ek bread sklice per rakh dein.
-Mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker upper sa bread slice rakh dein.
-Sandwich ko flip ker lein aur halki ancch per cheese melt ho janay tak grill ker lein (makes 4 sandwiches).
-Pieces mein cut ker ka serve karein!

BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwiches Recipe - No Slow Cooker!!!

Ingredient Needed
6-8 Chicken Thighs OR 4-6 Chicken Breast Or A Combination Of Breast And Thighs
Salt (Add Enough To Flavor Water)
Ground Black Pepper (Add To Water)
Onion Powder (Add To Water)
Garlic Powder (Add To Water)
1 Medium Onion (Add To Water)
2 Bay Leaves (Optional)
BBQ Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Ketchup
1 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Light Brown Sugar
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
2- 3 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Honey Jack Daniels
Cole Slaw
1 Bag Cole Slaw (Sold At Local Grocers)
1/2 - 1 Red Onion Sliced
1 Cup Mayo
Pinch Salt To Taste
Ground Black Pepper To Taste
2-3 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Dry Ground Mustard
Preparation
Using A Pot Filled With Water On Medium Heat, When Water Comes To A Slow Rolling Boil Add Salt, Ground Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, And Medium Onion.
Taking Cleaned Chicken Pieces Add To Pot And Allow To Steam For 40-45 Minutes Until Chicken Is Tender.
Removing Chicken From Pot, Along With Onions And Some Of The Liquid, Shred Chicken.
Taking Ketchup Add Water, Orange Juice, Smoked Paprika, Minced Garlic, Ground Black Pepper, Light Brown Sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Honey And Honey Jack Daniels.
Combining All Ingredients And Using Low Medium Heat Add To Sauce Pot And Allow Sauce To Reduce Or Thicken.
Taking Shredded Chicken Add To Reduced BBQ Sauce. Combining Chicken With Sauce Allow To Come To A Slow Simmer Before Turning Stovetop Off And Setting Aside.
Cole Slaw
Using A Fresh Bag Of Cole Slaw Add Mayo, Salt, Sugar, Red Onions, Ground Black Pepper And Ground Mustard. Stirring Well To Incorporate All Ingredients.
Using A Toasted Potato Roll Add Cole Slaw And BBQ Pulled Chicken.

ingrediente Necesario
6-8 o 4-6 muslos de pollo pechuga de pollo o pechuga y los muslos
Sal (añadir una cantidad suficiente de agua para dar sabor)
Tierra Negro Pimienta (agregue al agua)
Cebolla en polvo (agregue al agua)
Ajo en polvo (agregue al agua)
1 cebolla mediana (agregue al agua)
2 hojas de laurel (opcional)
Salsa barbacoa
1 1/2 taza de salsa de tomate
1 taza de agua
Jugo de naranja 1/4 taza
1/4 taza de azúcar marrón claro
1 cucharadita de Ajo Picado
1 cucharadita de pimienta Negro
2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
Salsa Worcestershire 2 cucharadas
2- 3 cucharadas de miel
1/4 taza de miel Jack Daniels
Ensalada de repollo
1 bolsa de ensalada de col (Se vende en Tienda de comestibles locales)
1/2 - 1 cebolla roja en rodajas
1 Copa de Mayo
Una pizca de sal al gusto
Tierra Negro pimienta al gusto
2-3 cucharadas de azúcar
1 cucharadita de mostaza de tierra seca
Preparación
En una olla llena de agua a fuego medio, cuando el agua entra a un lento balanceo Hervir Añadir sal, tierra Negro pimienta, cebolla en polvo, ajo en polvo, cebolla y media.
Tomando limpio Piezas de pollo Añadir a la olla y dejar de vapor durante 40-45 minutos hasta que el pollo esté tierno.
Extracción de pollo de la olla, junto con la cebolla y algunos de los líquidos, Triturar pollo.
Tomando Ketchup Añadir agua, jugo de naranja, ahumado Pimentón, Ajo Picado, Planta Negro pimienta, azúcar marrón claro, vinagre de manzana, salsa Worcestershire, la miel y la miel Jack Daniels.
Combinar todos los ingredientes y Uso Bajo Medio Heat Añadir a la salsa de pote y dejar que la salsa para reducir.
Tomando Pollo Desmenuzado Añadir a la salsa de barbacoa reducido. La combinación de pollo con salsa Permitir que asistir a fuego lento antes de dar vuelta apagado quemadores y dejando de lado.
Ensalada de repollo
El uso de una bolsa fresco de ensalada de repollo Añadir Mayo, sal, azúcar, cebollas rojas, tierra Negro Pimienta y Mostaza de tierra. Revolviendo bien para incorporar todos los ingredientes.
El uso de un rollo de patata tostado Añadir ensalada de col y barbacoa sacó de pollo.

QUICK GRILLED CHICKEN | TASTY GRILLED CHICKEN RECIPE | GRILLED CHICKEN RECIPE
Tasty Grilled Chicken Recipe | Grilled Chicken Recipe | How to Make Grilled chicken | Glazed Chicken Recipe | Chicken Tenders Recipe | Grilled Chicken Recipe Healthy | Honey Glazed Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets - 4 nos. (weighing around 100 gms each)
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Crushed Pepper- 1.5 tsp
- Honey- 3 tsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp
- Butter - 2 dollops/ tsp
- Olive Oil- 3 tsp (preferable but can also use refined white oil)
- Crushed whole garlic with skin- 6 big pods
Preparation:
- Keep the chicken fillets in a mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle salt & crushed pepper evenly. Pour the olive oil over it & add the crushed garlic.
- Mix everything well to coat evenly. (Alternatively you can add garlic powder or finely chopped garlic too.)
- Set aside for around 30 mins.
- To prepare the honey-soy glaze, mix 1 tsp of soy sauce & 3 tsp of honey in a bowl. Mix well & keep aside for glaze to be used later.
- For boiling vegetables, take a saucepan & boil water. Once it comes to a boil, add salt, mix well & add all the vegetables. Boil the vegetables on high for around 5 mins. Should still be little crunchy.
- Strain & wash it with cold water to retain the color & stop the cooking.
Process:
- Take a grill pan & add a dollop (1 tsp) of butter. Spread it evenly.
- Once hot, add the chicken fillets one beside the other. Grill on high heat for around 3 mins.
- Turn them on the other side & continue to grill for 3 more mins. on the other side.
- Lower heat to medium & keep pressing the chicken pieces with the spatula for the chicken to cook & get the grill marks.
- Turn it on the other side & repeat.
- Check if the chicken is cooked.
- Now take a basting brush & brush the chicken pieces with the honey-soy glaze.Turn the fillets on the other side.
- Again brush the other side with the honey-soy glaze & turn it over. The color should be evenly browned.
- Grill both sides for 1 min each or less. Take care that the honey-soy glaze does not burn.
- Remove onto a plate.
- To sauté the vegetables, take another pan & add a dollop/tsp of butter. Spread it and once hot add the boiled vegetables. Sauté on high for 2 mins, sprinkle some salt & crushed pepper. Mix & sauté for 2 mins.
- Serve the grilled chicken with a side of the veggies.
