Mexican Grilled Chicken - My New Fav Sandwich!
My buddy Judd McCutchen called me one day and said, Man, I have a recipe you need to try and make a video with that recipe. The next day I brought a few simple ingredients which was basically chicken thighs, a can of pickled jalapeños and some hot sauce. I made the chicken and immediately decided to make this for the Meat Church Congregation. This delicious grilled chicken can be eaten plain, used in a sandwich, tacos or quesadilla. This chicken is warm, but I wouldn't consider it too spicy because the jalapeños are pickled. In this video we grilled this directly over high heat, but you can use any type of cooker you desire to make this chicken. We ultimately used this chicken to make a sandwich with cheddar cheese & mayo which complimented the heat perfectly in my opinion.

BBQ Chicken & Pork Sandwich Recipe
Here is episode 2 of my Game On series featuring a copycat version of the Quick & Carmichael that is sold at the home field for the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The combination of pecan smoked pulled pork BBQ along with a maple sugar smoked BBQ chicken was a winner! Good stuff folks!

Chicken Sandwiches - Gourmet deli style!
The secret to the best chicken sandwiches like the ones you get from gourmet delis:
1. Shred the chicken as finely as you can. Stand-mixer is the most effective and fastest! Else use your hands.
2. Combination of mayo + sour cream for a creamy filling that's no weighed down with excessive oil

Chicken breast a protein that everyone should know how to cook well, and to do that, we'll be doing a fairly deep dive into things like protein strands, temperatures/times, and the best condiment in the world, mayo. We are looking at Sam the Cooking Guy's grilled chicken breast a great recipe as is, but we'll use cooking science and technique to make a version that is more nonstick with better browning and is super moist every time.

Chicken Club Sandwich Recipe | चिकन क्लब सैंडविच | Chef Sanjyot Keer
Written recipe for Chicken club sandwich
Prep time: 25 mins
Cooking time: 30 mins
Serves: 4
Grilled chicken
Ingredients:
• Chicken breast 500gm
• Olive oil 1 tsp
Method:
• Slice the chicken breast in 2 halves horizontally, flatten the chicken breast with the help of the back of a knife.
• Make incision on the meat and season with salt & pepper, apply some ginger garlic paste on both the sides.
• Heat oil in the grill pan and cook the marinated chicken from both sides until golden brown.
• Slice the chicken into thin strips.
Garlic mayonnaise
Ingredients:
• Mayonnaise 1 cup
• Black pepper powder a pinch
• Garlic cloves 3-4 nos. (chopped)
• Parsley 1 tsp
Method:
• In a mixing bowl add mayonnaise, black pepper powder, chopped garlic and freshly chopped parsley. Keep aside.
Caramelized onions
Ingredients:
• Oil 1 tsp + butter 1 tbsp
• Onion 3-4 medium size (sliced)
• Salt a pinch
Methods:
• Heat oil and butter in a pan, add sliced onions and salt a pinch, cook until onions are caramelized, add little water if the onions get too dry.
Assembly
Ingredient:
• Butter
• Bread slices (6 nos.)
• Garlic mayonnaise
• Lettuce leaves
• Tomato slices
• Grilled chicken
• Caramelized onions
• Seasoned half fried eggs
Method:
• Heat butter on tawa, toast the bread slice on both the sides. Remove it from pan, spread the garlic mayonnaise on the toasted slice, add the lettuce leaves, grilled chicken strips and top with caramelized onions, place another slice of toasted bread, spread garlic mayonnaise on both the sides, add the lettuce leaves, slices of tomatoes, salt to taste and top it with seasoned half fried egg. Place another toasted bread slice with the garlic mayonnaise spread facing inside to make a sandwich.
• Slice into four triangles and insert tooth pick to hold the fillings, serve with ketchup and potato chips or fries on side.

W Sauce Chicken Sandwich
One of the most delicious chicken sandwiches you will ever taste! W Sauce is Matt's favorite Worcestershire sauced that just happens to be made by his dear friend Bear Holeman and his partner Burton Young. Matt & Bear met each other years ago through working with YETI. Bear is an extremely well known and talented angler down in the Florida Keys. One day he called Matt to tell him he was coming out with a Worcestershire sauce. Matt kind of chuckled. Then this very legitimate bottle showed up at his house. He cracked it open and tasted one of the most delicious sauces he had ever tasted. He first tried it in a Bloody Mary. Then he marinated chicken in it. It was a HIT. Years later we are finally making this simple yet delicious recipe into a video for you all to enjoy. The W Sauce truly is America's Worcestershire, it is so much bigger, better, and bolder than any sauce with the Worcestershire name.
