1/2 c Vinegar
1 T Sugar
2 T Tomato paste
1 T Mustard,prepared
3 ds Hot pepper sauce
1 t Garlic salt*
* - or plain salt if preferred. Combine ingredients and beat with a whisk until well blended. Use as baste for charcoal-broiled chicken.

Honey glazed chicken with Bachan bbq sauce recipe:
1. Chicken
2. 3 tbsp Bachan barbecue sauce
3. 2 tbsp honey
4. 4 cloves of garlic
5. 1/2 - 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
6. 1/4 tsp five-spice powder
7. black pepper
8. 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Oven:
1. preheat oven to 375F
2. place the chicken on a pan or rack. Cooking on a rack takes longer cooking time
3. cook for 26 minutes
4. brush 1st layer of Bachan bbq sauce + honey + sesame
5. place the chicken back over to continue took 10 minutes
6. repeat steps 4 &5 after 10 minutes
7. total cooking time 46-50 minutes or internal temperature of the check at 180-190F
8. brush another layer of Bachan bbq sauce before serving.

1 Whole 4 lb chicken
All Purpose Seasoning & Lemon Bae (use whatever seasoning you like)
BBQ Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2-3 tbsps chipotle pepper sauce
1 tbsp garlic
all purpose seasoning to taste

Chicken breast marinated with barbecue sauce and served with sauce and tossed vegetables.
BARBECUE CHICKEN WITH VEGGIES
Ingredients
1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 medium carrot, cut into triangles and boiled
½ medium green zucchini, cut into triangles
½ medium yellow squash, cut into triangles
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 teaspoons olive oil
3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
4-6 small white onions, halved
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon refined flour
Mixed micro greens for garnishing
Method
1. Take chicken breasts in a bowl. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce and 1 teaspoon olive oil and mix well.
2. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic cloves and sauté till golden. Add onions and sauté till golden.
3. Add carrot, zucchini and squash and mix. Add salt, crushed peppercorns and dried parsley, toss and cook for 1 minute. Transfer in a bowl.
4. Heat remaining olive oil in the same non-stick pan. Place marinated chicken breasts and cook from both sides till golden. Cover and cook on low heat till chicken is done. Transfer on a plate.
5. To prepare sauce, heat ½ cup water into the same non-stick pan. Add flour and whisk till mixture thickens. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and whisk well. Strain the sauce in another bowl.
6. Slice the chicken breasts and place on a serving platter. Place cooked vegetables besides it and drizzle some sauce on top of chicken.
7. Serve hot garnished with micro greens.
