Ingredients for Chicken Parmesan (4 servings):
►1 1/2 lbs (2 large) chicken breаsts cut in half for 4 cutlets
►1/2 cup all-purpose flour
►1 tsp salt, or to taste
►1/2 tsp black pepper, or to taste
►2 large eggs beaten until frothy
►1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
►1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
►2 Tbsp extra light olive oil to sauté or as needed

INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 c panko breadcrumbs
⅔ c grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp italian seasoning
1 tsp kosher salt
½ tsp ground pepper
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
Chopped parsley or basil, to taste, optional

Best Chicken Parmigiana/Parmesan Recipe. Almost 1,000,000 views on YouTube. Easy and delicious Italian family favorite. For the Italian red sauce, chop large onion and several cloves of garlic. Add to large sauce pan with olive oil on medium heat. Add generous amount of salt, pepper and a bit of red pepper flake. Brown lightly until onions are clear. Add Italian peeled tomatoes and water. Emulsify and season with fresh chopped basil and a bay leaf. For the chicken, fillet the chicken breasts. Then, generously salt and pepper, both sides of the breasts. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Spread the bread crumbs in a separate bowl. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then in the bread crumbs. Set aside on a separate plate and repeat until all the cutlets are coated. In a large skillet, heat the oil until shimmering. Add the chicken and fry over moderately high heat, turning once, until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the chicken on paper towels, and then transfer to a rimmed baking sheet or pan. Add some sauce to the bottom of the pan then add the chicken breasts in a single layer, top with some more marinara sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 30 minutes at 350. Remove from oven, top with shredded mozzarella, put back in the oven on broil uncovered until cheese is melted and bubbling.
