How To make Asparagus and Crabmeat Salad
1 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Lemon juice - fresh
1 1/2 ts Tomato paste
1 1/2 ts Shallot - minced
1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Pepper
1 lb Asparagus - trimmed
8 oz Crabmeat - cooked
4 lg Boston lettuce leaves - or
-butter lettuce leaves Calories per serving: Number of Servings: 4 Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: Cholesterol per serving: Marks: *DIRECTIONS* Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, tomato paste, shallot, Dijon mustard and pepper in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. (Can be prepared 3 days ahead.) Cook asparagus in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Transfer to bowl of ice water and cool. Drain and pat dry. mix crabmeat into mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt. Arrange 1 lettuce leaf on each plate. Top with asparagus. Spoon crabmeat mayonnaise over and serve. Prawn & Asparagus salad - سالاد میگوومارچوبه
This is a quick and easy prawns & salad perfect for lunch/dinner! Prawns cooked in butter for 3/4 minutes with the addition of chilli flakes infused in olive oil & saffron ( i have used chef Mojdeh’s special, lettuce, avocado, asparagus and pickled radishes! The addition of sesame oil and capers in my cocktail sauce gives it a very nice flavour which goes really well with the salad/prawns.
Ingredients for 1 person:
-Prawns
-Asparagus
-Lettuce
-Avocado
-Pickled radishes
-Chef Mojdeh’s special chilli flakes which you can order through her page : @chefmojdeh
- tsp of each to make the Sauce: Garlic mayo, sesame oil, ketchup, Dijon mustard, capers, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
من وقتی میخوام یک ناهار یا شام در ۱۰ دقیقه درست کنم از میگو به عنوان پروتیین استفاده میکنم. چون فقط
سه/چهار دقیقه نیاز به پخت داره و سریع آماده میشه. من به این میگوها از فلفل معروف بقل گاز شف مژده اضافه کردم تا هم کمی اسپایسیاش کنه و هم بخاطر زعفرون عطر و رنگ خوبی به میگو ها بده.
همچنین من همیشه این سس کوکتل رو برای میگو درست میکنم چون ترکیبشون با هم خیلی خوب میشه. اگر ترشی تربچه نداشتید میتونید از پیاز ترشی خرد شده استفاده کنید. اگر دسترسی به مارچوبه تازه داشتید بهتره چون میتونید کمی گریلاش کنید. در غیر اینصورت اگر مارچوبه ها در آب نمک بود و کمی شور دیگر نیازی به ترشی نیست.

۱ قاشق چایخوری از هر کدام برای سس : مایونز با طعم سیر، روغن کنجد، کچاپ، خردل، کیپر، بالزامیک، نمک وفلفل
