Recipe:
- Freeze coffee into ice cubes.
- Add 2-3 cubes to your double-walled ZWILLING Sorrento glass
- Froth some milk and pour it over the coffee cubes
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you are ready to start your day!

Toasted Coconut Cold Brew Coffee (Starbucks Copycat Recipe) - Pai's Kitchen
Coffee and coconut are two flavours that go together like peas in a pod, and I know this because we use this combo in a Thai dessert, too. So when Starbucks came out with a toasted coconut cold brew coffee I really wanted to try it. My conclusion after tasting: I can make a better one at home! :)
So I went home, got busy, and came up with this delicious recipe that is just the right amount of creamy, nutty, and refreshing. And if you prep all the ingredients in advance, you can put it together in a matter of seconds!

About Pai:
Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the YouTube channel Pailin's Kitchen.
Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her playtime in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.

Cold Iced Coffee Recipe to BREW TODAY and have prep for the week

LAY HO MA! Coffee really is something special isn't it? The aroma, depth of flavour, and the creaminess of cashew milk is definitely one of those small luxuries. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a simple chocolate cold brew coffee and be able to prep it once for the whole week!
Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp ground coffee
1 heaping tsp cocao powder
4+2 cups filtered water
1/4 cup cashews
1 cup ice cubes
splash vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
1. Place the ground coffee, cocao powder, and 4 cups of filtered water into a jar. Give it a shake and refrigerate overnight
2. Make the cashew milk by blending together the cashews and 2 cups of filtered water in a high powered blender (soak the cashews overnight if not using a high powered blender)
3. Strain the coffee through a nut milk bag
4. Fill a cup half way with ice cubes. Add the vanilla extract and maple syrup. Then, fill the cup with 2/3 of cold brew coffee and 1/3 of cashew milk. Give it a good stir and enjoy
5. Store the rest of the cold brew coffee and cashew milk separately in the fridge and enjoy for up to a week
