4 nos green chilli -cut
2 tbsp sesame-roasted&ground
¼tsp pepper-crushed(optional)
1/3 tsp MSG(optional)
salt as per taste
1 tbsp fried onion&garlic
1 tsp fried onion&garlic oil

1 tbsp Bonito Flakes (can sub with 1/8 tsp of hondashi)
1 tbsp Japanese Sake (can substitute with dry sherry)
1 tsp Sweetener (sugar alternative, sugar or preferred sweetener)
1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed (garnish)
1 tbsp Bonito Flakes (garnish)
