How To make Sweet and Sour Bean Stew

3 oz Navy beans

cooked
3 oz Basmati rice :

cooked
1 1/2 oz Butternut squash

cubed
1 1/2 oz Onion :

chopped
1 1/2 oz Raisins
1 tb Safflower oil
1/2 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Garlic -- minced
1/2 ts Salt
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. Serve at room temperature. From DEEANNE's recipe files
