Veggie Stir Fry Teriyaki and Sesame
Today we're showing how to make a healthy and easy teriyaki and sesame veggie stir fry perfect for lunch or dinner. This recipe is also vegetarian and vegan friendly!
INGREDIENTS !
1 head of broccoli
1 pack of mushrooms
6 leaves of napa cabbage
1 red bell pepper
1 tbs of sugar
1 tbs of chili powder
2 tbs sesame oil
5 tbs of teriyaki sauce
5 cloves of garlic
1. Wash the veggies in hot water and then slice them
2. Mince garlic and spray pan with a light cooking spray
3. Cook garlic until golden brown
4. Add broccoli and cook until add in 3 tbs of the teriyaki
5. Add in the napa cabbage, mushrooms & bell pepper
6. Add in all of the seasonings
7. Stir fry until soft and serve!

I like to take advantage of the time leading up to Labor Day by planning out my go-to meals for the fall, and today's recipe is one of my absolute favorites. It's a chicken and broccoli stir-fry with an Asian-inspired sauce. Once your ingredients are prepped, this meal is super quick to make and filled with outrageous flavor! This September, it's time to put down the takeout menus and make a dinner your family will love to come home to.

GGS: Ginger, garlic, and scallions will instantly infuse your meal with Asian flavors. The combination can be spicy for some, so adjust the added amount to your liking.

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1/2-inch strips
3 tablespoons minced peeled fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 bunch broccoli, cut into small florets, stalks peeled and thinly sliced
Cooked white rice, for serving
DIRECTIONS
STEP 1
Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
STEP 2
In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high. Add chicken and cook until browned, 10 minutes. Add ginger, garlic, scallions, and broccoli and cook, stirring frequently, until broccoli is bright green, 3 minutes. Add 1/4 cup water, scraping up browned bits with a wooden spoon. Stir in soy sauce mixture and cook, stirring, until thickened, 1 minute. Serve warm with rice.

Creamy Chicken and Broccoli (Low-carb / Keto)
????Cheesy garlic chicken bites cooked in one pan with broccoli and spinach in under 15 minutes. This quick tasty dish is a great keto option and can be served with rice, zoodles or Pasta!
✳️ Ingredients ✳️
1 pound chicken breasts cut into 1'' pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon crushed pepper optional
salt and pepper to taste
3-4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup tomatoes chopped
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, parmesan, or favorite melting cheese
4 oz cream cheese
✳️ Instructions ✳️
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped chicken breasts, season with Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper, and salt & pepper. Sautee for 4-5 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through.
Add the garlic and saute for another minute or until fragrant. Add the tomato, broccoli, spinach, shredded cheese, and cream cheese. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked through.
Serve with cooked pasta, rice, zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice.
