How To make Rosemary Chicken Wings
2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Butter
2 tb Finely chopped shallots
2 ts Dried rosemary
1/2 c Lemonade
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Salt
10 To 12 - chicken wings
Source: MAINPOUL.ZIP Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small saucepan, heat oil and butter over medium heat. Add shallots and rosemary and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemonade, pepper and salt. Simmer over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until slightly reduced and syrupy. Cool slightly. Meanwhile, cut chicken wings into three pieces, discarding wing-tip joint. Place wings in shallow pan and coat well with sauce. Bake in oven until skin is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Serve with rice or as hors d'oeuvre. Makes 20 to 24 pieces.

These oven baked chicken wings are so crispy, they taste just like deep fried chicken wings. This chicken wings recipe is the best way to perfectly bake crispy chicken wings in the oven. The spices i used on these wings are out of this world flavorful.
INGREDIENTS
3 lbs chicken wings
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 Tbs Brown sugar
2 Tbs baking powder
salt and pepper to your taste ( i used just about 1 and 1/2 tsp salt and a little over 1/4 tsp black pepper )
Bake in the oven at 425F for a total of 50 to 55 mins

A lovely subscriber named Laura offered me a fabulous suggestion to share a WLS-Friendly picnic recipe, no doubt perfect for all the upcoming summer holidays! So today I have a light, refreshing take on chicken wings, my Lemon-Garlic-Rosemary wings! These succulent, aromatic wings will give you a sure-fire protein option at your next picnic or party, plus I PROMISE they will wow everyone who tries them as well!

A serving is 4 oz of chicken wings, which by my scale, was 2 large/medium chicken wing pieces.
Ingredients:
4 lbs of chicken party wings, drumettes, etc.
3 large lemons (3/4-1 cup of lemon juice)
3-6 cloves of garlic (I recommend 3 if serving to guests that may not be garlic lovers)
1 sprig fresh rosemary
salt
pepper
1-2 tbs olive oil
