How to Make Leek Soup?
A list of materials :
2 leeks
3 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 piece chopped onion
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1 piece cube diced carrot
1 piece cube diced potato
1 overfull tablespoon of flour
6 water glasses of cold water
1 water glass of bone broth
Salt
Black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 overfull tablespoon of butter
1 overfull tablespoon of red powdered pepper

As known potato and leek are a perfect match and especially in cream puree. Serve it as a separate dish or side one for fried chicken, rolled meat or fish. One advice – add milk gradually and to your taste. Amount of milk differs depending on a variety of potato.

✅ Ingredients:
• potato – 2,6 lb /1200 g
• leek – 9 oz /250 g
• butter – 2 oz /60 g
• milk – 2 fl oz /50 ml
• parsley leaves – ½ oz /15 g
• salt – 2 tsp
✅ You will need:
• stockpot
• carving board
• potato masher
???? Preparation:
1. Cut the peeled potato into medium pieces and lay into a stockpot. Pour with cold water covering the potato.
2. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
3. Add the chopped leek, bring to a boil and keep cooking over low heat for about 20 minutes until readiness of potato.
4. Drain the hot water. Add the butter, warm milk, chopped parsley, salt and pepper, crush the potato and leek with a masher.
5. Stir and serve to the table.

Potato ll Carrot and Leek Gratin recipe
Ingedients:
3 (thin) Leeks
5-6 small potatoes
2 grated Carrots
2 tablespoons of flour
300 ml. milk
1 cup of grated cheddar
1 and a half teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
Preparation:
1.Pour less than half a tea glass of olive oil into a suitable pan and heat. Then, add finely chopped potatoes and sautée by stirring occasionally. The potatoes will not be fully browned, but should be slightly softened.
2.Next, add finely chopped leeks and grated carrots. After that, add Add and spices Roast the leek until it loses its volume.
3.Then, add 2 tablespoons of flour to the mixture and stir. Next, add milk little by little and continue mixing. Cook the meal until it has a completely creamy consistency. Lubricate the medium size tray and poured the meal into it.
4.Flatten the top and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
5.Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until the cheese melts and turns brown.
6.Wait for a while, then, slice and serve.

How to make ham & leek potato gratin
Whip up a mouth-watering side with our ham & leek potato gratin (RECIPE BELOW). With creamy layers of thinly sliced potato and topped with golden cheddar cheese, you can’t go wrong.

Ham & leek potato gratin
Serves 6 as a side Prep 10 mins (+ 10 mins resting time) Cooking 1 hour
8 brushed potatoes, washed, thinly sliced
100g thickly sliced ham, chopped
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
1 brown onion, thinly sliced
1 leek, pale section only, thinly sliced
1 tbs thyme sprigs
1 cup (120g) coarsely grated cheddar
½ cup (125ml) thickened cream
⅓ cup (80g) sour cream
¼ cup (60ml) chicken stock
1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 6-cup (1.5L) ovenproof dish. Arrange one-third of the potato in the prepared dish. Top with half the ham, garlic, onion, leek and thyme. Sprinkle with one-third of the cheddar. Continue layering with remaining potato, ham, garlic, onion, leek, thyme and cheddar, finishing with the potato and cheddar.
2. Combine the cream, sour cream and stock in a jug. Season. Carefully pour the cream mixture over the potato mixture in the dish.
3. Bake for 1 hour or until the sauce thickens and the potato is golden brown and tender.
4. Set the potato gratin aside for 10 mins to rest before serving.
