1/3 c Olive oil 2 tb Lemon juice 1 tb Soy sauce 1 1/2 ts Brown sugar, packed 1 sm Pineapple, cut into chunks, -or 20 oz can, drained 1 Red apple, tart, diced -unpaired 3 Green onions, sliced w/tops -about 3 tb 1 sm Romaine lettuce, shredded Shake oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and brown sugar in tightly covered container. Toss pineapple chucks, apple and onion with dressing. Place romaine in shallow bowl. Mound fruit mixture in center.
