How To make Pasta with Chinese Tahini Sauce
8 oz Pasta *
1 c Peas
CHINESE TAHINI SAUCE:
2 tb Tahini (sesame butter)
1 tb Rice Vinegar
1 tb Soy sauce
1 tb (pref. toasted) Sesame Oil
2 ts Chili Paste w/garlic (hot)
1 ts Minced Gingerroot
2 tb Vegetable stock or water
1 ds Freshly ground black pepper
* preferably buckwheat noodles or Chinese wheat noodles GARNISHES: scallion curls, fresh corriander sprigs, toasted sesame seeds, or chopped dry-roasted unsalted peanuts, optional. NOTE: Chinese wheat noodles are compacted into cubes. To cook, break the cubes and drop into boiling water. When water returns to a boil, cook for 3 minutes and drain. They may be served as is or patted dry and sauteed in oil until lightly browned. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook pasta until al dente. While pasta is cooking, steam peas. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. When pasta is done, drain well. Toss dressing with pasta; add peas and toss again. Top with garnish. VARIATIONS: - saute 6 oz chopped spinach in 1 T safflower oil until limp; mushrooms, blanched peapods, sweet red peppers, steamed broccoli, steamed sliced carrots, or scallions. If you add several, the amt of dressing may need to be increased.

4-5 getrocknete Tomaten, in Öl
5-7 EL Tahini
1-2 Prisen Meersalz
Etwas Pfeffer
1/2-1 TL Paprikapulver, geräuchert
1 TL Zitronensaft
30-50 ml Wasser

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp (15 ml) cooking oil
2 to 3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp fresh ginger paste
the whites of 2 scallions
2 Tbsp (13.5 g) Sambal Olek chile paste
1/2 cup (150 g) peanut butter
1 Tbsp (15 ml) soy sauce
1 Tbsp (12.5 g) sugar
3/4 cup (177 ml) coconut milk
1 to 3 Tbsp (15 to 45 ml) fresh-squeezed lime juice
salt to taste
9 oz to 12 oz (255 to 340 g) pasta or egg noodles
garnish with scallion greens and crushed peanuts

⭐️ Our creamy sesame noodles recipe is an easy Chinese-American take-out dish popular for its rich, smooth, and tasty sesame peanut butter sauce.
⭐️ Ingredients
½ pound dry noodles we recommend Italian linguine (1 pound if fresh noodles used)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
SESAME SAUCE
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ginger grated
1 clove garlic grated
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce or ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
TOPPINGS
1 cucumber thinly sliced
1 mango diced (optional, but recommended)
4 tablespoons roasted peanuts crushed (optional)
2 limes cut into wedges, and squeezed on top
GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
sesame seeds, finely chopped chives or green onion tops
