2 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER
COOK UNTIL THICKEN
BISCUITS DIP IN MILK
POUR THE CUSTARD
BISCUIT LAYER
POUR THE CUSTARD
1 & ½ CUP ORANGE JUICE
2 TBSP SUGAR
½ TSP AGAR POWDER
COOK UNTIL BOIL
COOL DOWN FOR 5 MIN.
2 BANANA SLICES
POUR THE ORANGE JUICE
KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MIN.

Custard Creams Ingredients:
For the biscuits:
- 225g slightly salted butter
- 115g caster sugar
- 1tbsp vanilla extract
- 3tbsps whole milk
- 340g plain flour
- 125g instant custard powder
For the filling:
- 300g icing sugar
- 150g unsalted butter
- 2tbsps instant custard powder
- 2tsps vanilla extract

NOTE: I USED READY-MADE ORANGE JUICE THAT'S WHY ADDED LESS SUGAR, IF YOU ARE USING RAW JUICE THEN ADD SUGAR AS YOUR TASTE. I DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME, I FRIDGE THIS DESSERTS ONLY FOR 30 MINS, THAT'S WHY THE DESSERT WAS DIDN'T SET PROPERLY.

This is a simple no bake no china grass easy orange custard biscuit pudding that is quick to make . This pudding uses milk / tea biscuits dipped in milk and then covered with a thick orange custard and topped with whipped cream, caramel and choco flakes .
Biscuit pudding is one of the easiest puddings to make as desserts for parties , get togethers and family gatherings. Biscuit puddings are popular no bake desserts. You can also replace the biscuits with lady fingers too .
Ingredients for the Orange Custard
Fresh Orange Juice- 2 cups
Powdered Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla Custard Powder - 2 tbsp
Mix these ingredients together well in a pan . Place The pan on fire and cook stirring continuously till it gets thick. Turn off the stove , allow to cool .
Whipped Cream Topping .
Whipping Cream - 200 ml.
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Whip the cream till it forms soft peaks. keep aside.
Caramel Sauce.
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Butter -1 tbsp
Cream - 2 tbsp
Take the sugar in a pan and melt it on medium heat stirring continuously till the sugar dissolves completely.
When the sugar has melted and caramelised to a light brown color add butter and stir continuously.
Add the cream and stir till it is mixed well and smooth. keep aside and cool.
ASSEMBLING THE PUDDING :
Milk / Tea biscuits 2-3 packets
100 ml milk for dipping
Dip the Buiscuits in milk and arrange in a layer in the serving dish. Top it with a layer of Orange custard. Repeat 2 more layers of biscuits and orange custard alternatively.
Top the Buiscuit bade with the Whipping cream, add some caramel sauce and orange custard on the whipped cream and create a design using a wooden skewer or a toothpick, Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate shavings .
Cool the Orange Custard Biscuit Pudding and Enjoy.
