2 tins Tuna (320g)
1.5 cups Mixture of green and red onions
2 bullet chillies or to taste
1 cup chopped corriander
1 cup chopped mint
3/4 cup sweetcorn
1tsp garam masala
1tsp chilli flakes
1tsp Black pepper
1.5 tsp Salt (or salt to taste)
2 whisked eggs
1 cup grated cheese (you can add more or less depending on your taste)
Method:
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares, fill with the mixture and seal from corner to corner to form a triangle. Egg wash and bake in the oven at 170 degrees. If you are unable to get hold of puff pastry then a good alternative are ready made parathas which are cooked in the exact same way.
