Cheesy Cauliflower Bake Recipe (Cauliflower Cheese)
This cauliflower bake is cheesy, creamy and very delicious. This cheesy cauliflower casserole recipe is pretty easy to make and you can any cheese that you like. This cauliflower bake recipe is a low carb (keto) version of macaroni and cheese, so if you like mac and cheese you going to love this amazing dish!

Ingredients:
1 large head of Cauliflower, cut into small florets
4 tablespoons (60g) Butter
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
6 tablespoons (45g) flour
2 cups (480ml) Milk
1 cup (110g) Cheddar cheese, grated plus extra for topping
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 cup (40g) Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions:
1. To a large pot of boiling water add 1 tablespoon of salt. Add cauliflower florets and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
3. In a saucepan melt butter over medium heat, add crushed garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add flour, cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute. While constantly whisking, gradually pour in the milk. Keep cooking and whisking over medium-low heat until the sauce is thickened.
4. Remove from heat and add salt, pepper, paprika, Dijon mustard and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and combined.
5. Spread cauliflower florets over the bottom of a baking dish. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and stir until combined. Sprinkle some grated cheddar and parmesan cheese on top.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
7. Serve!

Ingredients -
Broccoli -
1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Olive Oil
950g (2.1lbs) - Broccoli, Cut Into Florets, Stalks Trimmed & Sliced
Seasoning To Taste
Béchamel (White Sauce) -
100g (3.5oz) - Unsalted Butter, Cubed
100g (3.5oz) - Plain All Purpose Flour
880ml (880g) - Full Fat Milk
100g (3.5oz) - Gruyere Cheese, Freshly Grated
120g (4.2oz) - Matured Cheddar Cheese, Freshly Grated
1/2 tsp (0.2g) - Nutmeg, Freshly Grated
Seasoning To Taste
Notes -
Storage -
This can be placed into the fridge for 4 days and it can also be frozen for up to 5 months.
After the béchamel sauce has been added to the broccoli this can also be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days before cooking. Remove it from the fridge 30 minutes prior to cooking.
Reheating -
Place it into an oven set at 180.c - 350.f and bake for 10 minutes or until hot through the centre. Alternatively, it can be placed into the microwave.

SOUTHERN STYLE MAC&CHEESE|| HOW TO MAKE MACARONI AND CHEESE|| EASY
INGREDIENTS
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon
1 16oz of elbow Mac and cheese
1 stick of salt butter
3 tablespoon of all purpose flour
Whole milk
8 oz velvet cheese
1 block of Colby jack cheese ( shred cheese yourself)
1 block of medium cheddar cheese (shred cheese yourself)
8oz bag 4 cheese Mexican
sour cream
Salt
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Paprika pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Badia Complete seasoning ( you can get it from Walmart, target, Publix, and Amazon)( Badia Complete Seasoning®, 6 oz
Non stick spay or butter
Step 1
Set oven on 350°
COOKING PASTA
Add 12 cups of water to a pot then add
2 cubes of chicken flavored bouillon (Maggie). Set the stove at high heat 8/7 and let water come to a boil.
Once water is boiling add
1 16oz (lb) box of elbow pasta (stirring while adding) than let pasta cook pasta (following directions on the back of the box)
Once pasta is done cooking drain the pasta then put it to a separate bowl (do not rinse), add 2 tablespoon of salted butter to help pasta not stick together. Set the pasta to the side.
MAKING THE ROUX
Add a pot to stove at medium high heat 6/7 add
4 tablespoon of salted butter let the butter melt.
Then add 3 tablespoon of all purpose flour let the flour cook for about 4 minutes than add 2 cups of whole milk let the milk come to a simmer.
Then add 8 oz of velveta cheese (chopped up), and a handful of the Colby jack cheese (And medium cheddar cheese, Add the whole bag of 4 cheese Mexican shredded cheese and let all the cheeses melt into the milk.
Once all the cheese is melted Add 1 teaspoon of salt ,1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika , 2 teaspoon of garlic ,2 teaspoon of onion powder and 2 teaspoons of complete seasoning let cook for 2 minutes and turn off the stove.
Pour the cheeses sauce into the macaroni and mix well.
Than add 2 tablespoon of sour cream and mix well. Slowly add 1/2 cup of whole milk and mix well than add 1 tablespoon of complete seasoning and mix well.
Spray one small aluminum tray with the nonstick spray then Pour the Mac and cheese into the aluminum tray.
Cover the macaroni and cheese with aluminum foil and place it in oven for 20 minutes.
Take the Mac and cheese out after the 20 minutes mix it well.
Then add the Colby jack and medium cheddar cheese you shredded at the top of the Mac and cheese.
Sprinkle some Cheyenne pepper and some paprika on the top of the cheese place it back in the oven uncovered top rack and let it cook until cheese is gold and brown (20/30 minutes) remove Mac & cheese from oven.

After trying Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas. All the food was chef's kiss. Since we were craving mac and cheese, we decided to make one of the best mac and cheese we ever had. We remember it being sooo creamy and dreamy we wanted to recreated that magic at home and trust us when we say you do not need to go all the way to Sin City to experience Gordon's amazing Mac and Cheese because this recipe brings that home to you.
Ingredients :
- 8 Oz box of elbow macaroni
- Half cup grated Manchego cheese
- Half cup grated parmesan cheese
- Half cup grated smoked gouda cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- Milk and heavy cream as needed
- Toasted bread crumbs
- Chives
Directions :
- Firstly set your oven to preheat to 400 F and also set your Macaroni to boil in salted water.
- Let’s grate all the cheese and set it aside.
- Now set sauce pan to medium heat, then add butter to it. Once the butter melts add flour. Keep whisking it and let it cook for about 2-3 mins to make a roux.
- Add salt and pepper to taste with milk and heavy cream. Mix well with butter/flour mixture.
- It’s time to add those delicious grated cheeses. Whisk it all in together with the roux. Let that all cook for about a minute or two. If the sauce seems too thick, add some milk to it.
- Once the sauce is ready, mix in the macaroni thoroughly.
- Once all the macaroni is nicely coated in the sauce, transfer it to baking tray. Make sure to grease the pan so the pasta doesn’t sticks to the pan.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs in a thin layer on top of the Mac and cheese. Now covers it up with the grated cheeses that we used in sauce. I used pretty much all of them in equal parts and mixed it together before sprinkling on top of the Mac and cheese.
- Let that bake in the oven at 400 F for about 10 or until all the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle some freshly chopped chives on it and Enjoy!
