How To make Golden Cheese & Pepper Rolls
1 pk Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
1/2 c Finely chopped red bell
-pepper 2 tb Oil
8 1/2 oz Can Green Giant Cream
-Style Sweet Corn 3 tb Water
1 Egg
4 oz Monterey Jack Cheese with
-Jalapeno Peppers, cut -into 24 equal pieces 1 tb Butter, melted
Grease 13 x 9" pan. In large bowl, combine flour mixture with yeast from foil packet; mix well. In small saucepan over medium-low heat, cook bell pepper in oil until tender. Stir in corn and water; heat to 120 to 130 degrees. Stir hot corn mixture and egg into flour mixture until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface. With greased or floured hands, shape dough into a ball. Knead dough 5 minutes until smooth, sprinkling with additional flour if necessary to reduce stickiness. Cover dough with large bowl; let rest 5 minutes. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Shape each piece of dough around 1 piece of cheese, pulling dough under and sealing edges to make a smooth top. Place, seam side down, in greased pan. Cover loosely with greased plastic wrap and cloth towel. Let rise in warm place for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Uncover dough. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with butter; remove from pan.

CRESCENT WRAPPED PEPPER JELLY BAKED BRIE
An appetizer to snack on any time of the year. It's next level!
Grocery list and recipe below.
Groceries: Wheel of brie cheese, 8 count roll of crescent rolls, spicy pepper jelly, 1 egg, honey, slivered almonds, granny smith/honey crisp apple(s), crackers of choice.
Recipe:
Flatten out two sheets of crescent rolls onto a cutting board.
Pat/mash the sheets down until the dotted lines form into one large square.
Slice the top and/or sides off of the wheel of brie.
Place the wheel on the center of one of of the squares of crescent rolls (open cut-side facing up).
Scoop 1-2 tbsp of spicy pepper jelly onto the open side of the brie.
Wrap the crescent roll up and around the sides of the brie folding onto the jelly.
Place the other square of crescent rolls on top of the wheel and wrap around the other sides to tightly seal the cheese and jelly. Place on a greased baking sheet (fold sides down).
Crack an egg in a small dish and beat with a fork to create an egg wash.
Lightly brush/cost the crescent roll with egg.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm with sliced apples and crackers of choice.

Red Pepper Feta Puff Pastry Twists
Get this recipe with exact measurements here:
Makes 14-16
1 (17.3 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
8 oz. red pepper feta dip, or more
6-8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
4 oz. butter, melted
For the Red Pepper Dip:
• 1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes packed in oil
• 8 ounces feta cheese
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 3 roasted red peppers
• Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
• 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
• Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 °F, 200 °C.
Dust a work surface with all purpose flour and roll out each puff pastry sheet about 2 inches longer into a rectangle or a square. Male sure that both sheets are the same size.
Spread the red pepper dip all over the top of one puff pastry sheet.
Sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese and top with the other puff pastry sheet.
Cut into 14-16 strips.
Brush the tops with melted butter.
Twist each strip a few times and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush with melted butter.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Enjoy!
