How To make Cheese, Bacon and Bread Bake
1 1/2 c A-P Flour
1 1/2 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1/2 ts Dried Dillweed
1/2 ts Finely Shredded Lemon Peel
8 oz Carton dairy sour cream
8 Slices bacon
5 1/2 c Ricotta Cheese
1/2 c Shredded Swiss Cheese
3 tb Milk
2 ts Dijon-style Mustard
1 Green Onion, Finely Chopped
1 tb Snipped Parsley
In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, dillweed and peel. Stir in sour cream. On a floured surface knead dough till smooth. Cover; set aside. In a 10" oven-safe skillet cook bacon till crisp. Drain and crumble. Set aside. Cook skillet; wipe with paper towels. Press dough onto the bottom and 1/2" up the side of skillet; sprinkle with all but 2 T crumbled bacon. Combine cheeses, milk, mustard, onion and parsley; spread into skillet. Bake in a 400~ oven 25 minutes or till golden. Cool slightly. Cut into wedges; sprinkle with reserved bacon. -----

The cheese! The bacon! Okay seriously though, this cob loaf is creamy, cheesy goodness at it’s best. It gives us cheese fondue and pizza vibes, making it a very popular crowd pleaser.
This cob loaf is easy and adaptable, so you can stick to the recipe or do any of the variation ideas that suit. Make a double batch if you need it, as we can guarantee there’ll be nothing left at the end.

250 g sour cream 8.8oz

Here is what you'll need!
Cheesy Bacon Monkey Bread
Servings: 18-20
INGREDIENTS
Monkey Bread
7 strips bacon
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
3 10.2-ounce cans flaky biscuits
1¼ cup butter, melted
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons dried Italian herbs
Minced parsley (optional)
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. Crisp bacon over medium heat. Allow it to cool, then crumble.
3. Generously grease a large bundt pan with cooking spray.
4. In a bowl, mix both kinds of cheese.
5. Cut each biscuit into four pieces. Flatten each piece in the palm of your hand and add a pinch of the mixed cheeses and crumbled bacon.
6. Gather the edges and pinch the biscuit into a ball.
7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian herbs, and garlic.
8. Drop the biscuit pieces in the butter mixture and place in the bundt pan.
9. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden-brown. (Be careful - the butter may begin to smoke toward the end of the bake time. If it begins to smoke, remove from the oven.)
10. Let stand for five minutes, then place a heatproof plate on top of the pan. Using a pot holder, flip the pan and plate over and invert onto your serving plate. Be careful as the pan will still be hot.
11. Sprinkle with parsley.
12. Pull apart to serve and enjoy!
