1 TBSP SALT (FOR POTATO WATER)
2 TBSP VINEGAR
2 CELERY RIBS (DICED)
1/2 SMALL ONION FINELY CHOPPED (to your liking)
2-3 HEAPING TBSP SWEET PICKLE RELISH
1 & 1/2 C. MAYONNAISE
1-2 TBSP DILL PICKLE RELISH
2 & 1/3 TBSP SUGAR
2 TSP YELLOW MUSTARD
2 TSP DILL PICKLE JUICE
1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER (YOU DECIDE)
2 TBSP MILK (YOU ADJUST)
1/2 TSP SALT (TO YOUR LIKING)
1 TSP CHOPPED CHIVES (OPTIONAL)

1/2 large red bell pepper
1 medium onion
5 medium hard boiled eggs
3 clove garlic
1/3 cup green olive
1/4 cup olive oil

5 egg yolk
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp wasabi paste
1 tbsp dry parsley
salt and pepper to your taste

• 2 pounds red potatoes, diced
• 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
• 1/2 red onion, diced
• 4 ribs celery, diced
• 4 hard boiled eggs, roughly chopped
• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup minced fresh dill
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
✅Instructions

1️⃣ 00:00:30 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add in diced potatoes and cook until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain well and rinse with cold water to cool.
2️⃣ 00:01:34 - In a large mixing bowl, add in cooled potatoes with bacon (optional), onion, celery, and eggs.
3️⃣ 00:01:02 - In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, cider vinegar, dill, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ 00:02:02 - Pour dressing over potatoes and toss until combined and everything is well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

-Lemon juice 1 tsp
-Mustard paste 2 tsp
-Jalapenos chopped 1 & ½ tbs (optional)
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Celery chopped 1 stalk large
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Anday (Eggs) boiled & chopped 6
-Aloo (Potato) boiled & cubed 500 gms
Directions:
-In mayonnaise,add lemon juice,mustard paste,jalapenos,black pepper crushed,salt,paprika powder and mix well.
-Add celery,onion,eggs,potato,mix well & refrigerate for 2 hours.

Potato Salad with Ham and Egg - Filipino Style | Easy Potato Salad Recipe
Creamy Potato Salad
INGREDIENTS:
3 large potatoes
1 carrot
2 eggs
1/3 cup sliced ham
100 g pineapple
3 stalks celery
1 white onion
220 ml mayonnaise
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
PROCEDURES
1. In a large pot of salted water, add potatoes (peeled) and eggs then bring to a boil. Cook potatoes for 15-20 minutes and cook egg for 10 minutes. When the water is boiling add carrot (peeled) then cook for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the carrot and put in a cold water (to stop the cooking process-blanching), do the same with eggs and potatoes, then drain.
3. In a pan, add butter, cook ham for 1 minute then keep aside.
4. Cut potatoes and carrot into small cubes and mash the eggs.
5. Chop celery and onion, set aside.
6. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper, mashed egg, onion, celery, pineapple, and carrot, combine well then add potatoes. Mix together well and refrigerate until chilled.
