I have always searched for quick make ahead recipes. And pie crust is something that your will find in my freezer. Be it breakfast, brunch or dinner, pie recipes are quick and easy. Make turnovers or pies, pop tarts or cookies, these pie crusts make a wonderful vessel for many delicious filling. The fact that i can put savory to sweet in the simple thing make it a staple in my kitchen. That along with bacon and egg, that's always there in my home brings us to Quiche Lorraine. These delicious pies along with some soup make a very healthy and filling meal. This recipe gives you an outline of how to make a quiche. So put what ever filling you like, use which ever cheese you have. The choices are in plently.
