How To make QUICHE LORRAINE

bacon slices, cooked

swiss cheese, shredded
1/2
teaspoon
salt 1/4 c onion, minced
1/4
teaspoon
sugar 1 ds cayenne

each
pie shell, deep frozen
1
cup
cream, light

Directions:
Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of frozen pie shell. Beat
together eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour egg mixture into pie shell.
Bake in preheated 425 deg oven for 15 minutes on bottom shelf. Reduce
temperature to 325 deg and continue baking 20 minutes or till knife
inserted comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
