4 medium bell peppers any color
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion chopped
3 cloves garlic pressed
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup (200 grams) rice
1 can (15 oz) (240 grams) lentils drained and rinsed
1 can (15 oz) (400 grams) diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups (500 grams) vegetable broth
½ cup (15 grams) parsley chopped

This not exactly a recipe for Peri Bites from nandos but we have got really close to what they make. This is our own original recipe which we have perfected over time.

Chili Bites
Recipe in English
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 250 gm
- Salt 1 Teaspoon
- Large green chilies 12 -18
- Mozzarella cheese slices 4
- Flour 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
- Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
- Eggs 3
- Oil for deep frying
Dip
- Honey mustard 2 Tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 4 Tablespoon
- Portuguese peri peri sauce 2 Tablespoon
Directions:
- Take a pan filled with 3-4 glasses of water, add salt and boil chicken fillet for 10-15 minutes.
- Cut chicken fillet in slices as per chilies size.
- Make cuts in Mozzarella Cheese as per chilies size.
- Make a slit in chilies and deseed them gently.
- Take 2 glasses of water in a bowl, add vinegar and dip all chilies in it for 10-15 minutes.
- Take out chilies from water and pat dry them. Put a chicken slice and cheese inside the chilies and set aside.
- Take three separate bowls, add flour, breadcrumbs and (well beated) eggs in each.
- With the help of spoon coat each chili with flour than dip it in egg and then breadcrumbs, repeat the step.
- Heat oil in a wok. On medium flame fry the chilies until they are golden brown.
-Mix all ingredients of Dip in a a bowl.
- Serve Chili Bites with the dip.

Ajza:
- Chicken fillet 250 gm (Ek pao)
- Namak hasbe zaika
- moti hari mirch 12-18
- Mozzarella cheese slices 4
- Maida 1 cup
- Bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
- Sirka 2 khanay ke chamach
- Anday 3 phainte hue
- Oil for deep frying
Dip
- Honey mustard 2 khanay kay chamach
- Mayonnaise 4 khanay ka chamach
- Portuguese peri peri sauce 2 khanay kay chamach
Tareeka:
- Ek patili main 3-4 glass pani len, namak shamil Karen aur gosht ko 10-15 min kay liya ubal lain
- Ublay huay gosh ko slices ki tarha kat lain, mirchon ke size ke mutabik.
- Mozzarella Cheese ko bhi mirch jitna kat lain
- Mirchon ko side se cut laga kar beej nikal lain
- 2 glass pani main sirka shamil Karen aur sab mirchon ko sirkay walay pani main 10-15 minutes keliye chor den.
- Mirchon ko khushk kar kay in main ek slice chicken amd aur ek slice cheese ka daal den.
- Phir bari bari mirchon ko chamchay ki madad se pehlay maiday main, phir ande main aur phir breadcrumbs main dalen, ye step duhrayen.
- oil garam karlen. Ab mirchon ko darmiyani aanch par color golden brown hone tak fry karna hai.
- Dip ke saare ajza ko achi tarah mix karen aur dip tayar hai.
- Chili bites ko dip ke sath serve Karen.
- Akhir main mehmanon ko Array Wah bolnay dain aur enjoy karain.
Chili poppers , Cheese stuffed chillies or chili poppers
Cheese stuffed chili
is a spicy delicious treat for those who enjoy the hot green chilies. It is perfect with hot cup of tea on rainy days.
INGREDIENTS
green chilies
Edam cheese
Egg
All-purpose flour
Salt
Bread crumbs
Oil for deep frying
DIRECTIONS
1. Wash and pat dry all the chilies.
2. With the knife make one slit along the length of the chili, from under the stem to above the end of the chili one at a time, make sure you do not slit all the way to the bottom or cut through the other side of the chili.
3. Remove the seeds and membrane to reduce the heat with the help of a spoon.
4. Green chilies are crisp they might break when stuffing them, to avoid that keep them in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes so that they become soft.
5. Now stuff the chilies.... with your fingers open the slit of chili one at a time, take a piece of cheese and cut it according to the size of chili.Push the slit closed so that piece of cheese settle down inside, Repeat until you stuff all the chilies. Set aside.
6.Coat these stuffed chilies with flour,egg and bread crumbs .repeat untill you get a thick coating .
7. Heat 2 to 3 cups of oil in frying pan or a kadhahi, for 5 to 6 minutes keep the heat to high then turn it to medium high, so that oil heats up quickly, in 7 to 8 minutes oil will heat up then turn the heat down to medium. The correct temperature is important.
8. To test the oil to see if it is ready, drop a little egg and bread crumbs mixture, if it rises immediately to the surface and sizzles, the temperature is correct, if it get brown quickly it means it is too hot then turn the heat down, if it is sink to bottom and do not simmer it means it is not hot enough, and the chillie fries will absorb too much oil and remain greasy, adjust the heat accordingly.
9. Making sure the chilies are well coated , gently drop them into hot oil.
10. Let the chilies fry for 1 minute. after 1 minute turn them back again. Keep the heat to medium.
11. With the spatula keep flipping the chilies upside down for 6 to 7 minutes or until the chilies become golden brown.
12. Once chilies become golden brown with the spatula take them out from the oil and place them on the plate over paper towel so that excess oil is absorbed.
serve them hot.

Chicken Enchilada Rice Bowls:Here are the ingredients you will need:
2 cups white rice
2 cups of chicken, cooked and chopped
2 1/2 cups water
1 (15 oz) can enchilada sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Push Manual, cook for 10 minutes then do a quick release. Serve with toppings:

1-2 cups of your favorite cheddar (depending on how cheesy you want it)
