Raw Chocolate Chia Bowl with Berries is a combination of healthy, wholesome ingredients that are dairy-free, refined sugar-free and whips up into a deliciously creamy, almost tapioca like, pudding that you can eat for a breakfast! That is right! It is a healthy breakfast option for you and your family.
Let's look at the chosen ingredients:
Chia seeds: Despite their small size, chia seeds are full of important nutrients. They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.
When paired it with fresh fruits like raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries, you will have a powerful combination of health giving water soluble vitamins and antioxidants.
Raw chocolate is rich in magnesium. Chocolate is well known for it's ability to keep your brain functions alert and sharp. So don't feel any guilt adding pure chocolate powder to your diet!
For an extra protein, please add handful of your favourite nuts.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup of coconut milk or almond milk or any other nut milk
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1/3 cup of berries
1/3 cup of crushed nuts
Method
1. Place chia seeds and nuts into a blender
2. Add coconut milk
3. Add cacao powder
4. Blend on a low gear until smooth
5. Place into a serving glass and chill for 45 minutes
6. Add berries
7. Garnish with more nuts and serve
