1 lb Smoked sausage (large link), -sliced 1 lb Lentils 1/2 c Chopped onion 1/2 c Sliced celery 1/2 c Sliced carrots 1/8 ts Garic salt 2 1/2 ts Salt 1 1/2 ts Oregano 6 oz Can tomato paste 8 c Water 20 oz Can tomatoes In a large stock pot, combine all of the ingredients except the tomatoes.
