How To make Watermelon Muffins
1 1/2 c Flour
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1 pn Salt
1/8 ts Cinnamon
6 tb Butter; room temperature
2/3 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Watermelon juice
1/2 c Watermelon pulp
1/2 c Raisins
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs. Whip in milk, juice, pulp and raisins. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients; blend just to incorporate. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 25 minutes. Transfer to wire rack; cool. Watermelon muffins (Ingredients)
•Butter ⅓ cup
•Condensed milk ⅓ cup
•Flour (maida) 1 cup
•Baking powder 1 tsp
•Baking soda ½ tsp
•Vinegar 2 tbsp
•Mixed fruit essence ½ tsp
•Crushed watermelon ½ cup
•Milk 50 ml
•Choco chips
•Preheat the oven on convection mode on 180° for 20 mins
•Bake on convection mode on 180° for 20-25 mins.

•Preheat kadahi for 10 mins on medium flame

•Vegetable oil ¼ cup

•Tuity fruity (greased in flour)
•Tuity fruity for garnishing
•Bake for 25-30 mins

EASY Mini Cheesecakes! Mini cheesecake recipe - No bake VS Baked
PRE-ORDER MY COOKBOOK ❤ :
● Baked Easy Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g unsweetened Yogurt ( 7 ounces )
- 150 g Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 2 Eggs
- Grating of Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 20 g Flour ( 2 tbsp )
Bake for 15 minutes!
● 5 minute No Bake Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g Heavy Cream ( 7 ounces )
- 100 g Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Freeze for 15 minutes, then enjoy :)
● For the cheeesecake crust:
- 80 g Digestive biscuits/graham cracker cookies ( 3 ounces)
- 30 g Melted Butter ( 2 1/2 tbsp)
