How To make Warm Pasta and Spinach Salad
1 pk Fresh spinach, washed, stems
-removed and torn into -bite-size pieces (10 oz) 1/2 lb Mushrooms, sliced
7 oz MUELLER'S Pasta Swirls,
-cooked, rinsed with cold -water and drained 1 md Red onion, sliced
6 sl Uncooked bacon, coarsely
-chopped 1 T Cornstarch
1 T Sugar
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1 c HELLMANN'S or BEST FOODS
-Real Mayonnaise 1 c Water
1/3 c Cider vinegar
In large serving bowl, toss spinach, mushrooms, pasta and red onion. In medium skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings. In small bowl, mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper. With wire whisk, stir cornstarch mixture into drippings in skillet until smooth. Stir in mayonnaise until blended. Gradually stir in water and vinegar. Over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil; stir constantly. Boil 1 minute. Pour over spinach mixture. Add bacon; toss to coat well. Serve immediately. Makes 8-10 servings.

½ cup (100 grams) corn canned
½ cup (60 grams) olives sliced
1 shallot or red onion, sliced
1 rib celery chopped
½ cup (60 grams) pickles chopped
3 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
2 tablespoons dill finely chopped
¾ cup (160 grams) vegan mayo or regular mayo
½ lemon juice and grated zest
¾ teaspoon salt or more to taste
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Chicken Caesar Spinach Pasta Salad.
ingredients:
1 chicken breast
bow tie pasta
parmesan cheese
caesar salad dressing
fresh spinach
1 chicken breast rubbed with vegetable oil
seasonings:
1/4 tsp each:
salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
fry in 1 tbsp oil until cooked through. Then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Boil bow tie pasta with a little salt according to the package directions, rinse and drain pasta, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a big bowl, add the cold pasta, chopped cold chicken and spinach into the the salad and toss with the caesar salad dressing and parmesan cheese.

CLASSIC CREAMY ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING
Ingredients
* 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1/3 cup good quality olive oil
* 1/2 cup natural, high-quality mayonnaise
* 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
* 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
* 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
* 2 teaspoons honey
* 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
* salt and pepper to taste
* a few tablespoons of water (ONLY IF NEEDED to thin the dressing out a little bit)
Instructions
* Add all ingredients to a large mason jar and shake very well until combined. Store in the fridge for a few hours before serving, or serve immediately over your favourite garden salad.
* Shake well before serving.
* If the dressing is too thick, simply add water one teaspoon at a time to thin it out to the desired consistency.
