How To make Peter's Burgers
1 pound 93% lean ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium onion
chopped
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce :
about 5 shakes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons teriyaki glaze
1/4 cup oats, rolled (raw)
1 clove garlic -- minced
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form into four patties. Broil or grill to taste.
Nutritional information per serving: 231 calories (39% from fat), protein 26.6 g, fat 9.8 g (poly 0.5 g, mono 4.5 g, sat 3.4 g), carb 7.8 g, fiber 1.2 g, chol 116 mg, iron 3.2 mg, sodium 1160 mg, calcium 41 mg.
