How To make Peter Pan Rice Casserole
1/2 oz Peanut butter
1 1/2 tb Sunflower oil
1/4 ts Thyme
1/2 ts Tarragon
1/2 ts Salt
3 oz Brown rice; cooked
1 1/2 oz Sunflower seeds
1 1/2 oz Shallots; chopped medium
-fine Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking dish with sunflower oil. In a blender, combine peanut butter, oil, thyme, tarragon, salt and 2 ounces water. Blend until mixture achieves sauce consistency. Combine with rice, sunflower seeds, adn shallots. Mix well. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 20 minutes in oven. From the files of DEEANNE

700ml Water 清水
400g Rice Flour 粘米粉
40g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
40g Wheat Starch 澄面粉
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Five Spice Powder
600g Radish 白萝卜丝
20g Cooking Oil 食用油
50g Shallot Slices 红葱片
30g Dried Shrimps 虾米
2 Chinese Sausages 腊肠
1.5 tsp Salt 盐
2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 生抽
250ml Water 清水
1 tbsp Sesame Oil 麻油
★ Dash Of Cooking Oil 食用油适量

Frying Pan Bread (No Egg, No Oven, No Knead) Easiest Pan bread (No need to touch the dough)
All-purpose flour 2 1/4 cups (280 g)
Yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Lukewarm water 1 cup (250 ml)
Olive oil 1 tbsp
1) Mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, salt
2) Add water and mix
3) Cover and let the dough rise for an hour
4) Grease the pan with olive oil
5) Degas dough by rolling the dough with a spatula
6) Sprinkle with flour and roll a few more times
7) Put the dough in the pan
8) Cover and let the dough rise for 30 minutes
9) Cover and cook over low heat (20-25 min)
10) Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes without the lid
