1 ea Slice Whole Wheat Bread 1 T Butter Or Margarine 1 T Grated Parmesan Cheese Trim crust from bread. Cut bread slice into quarters, making squares. Diagonally cut each square in to halves, making triangles. Arrange bread triangles in a shallow baking dish or pie plate. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or till the bread is dry. Remove the bread from the microwave oven. In a custard cup micro-cook butter or margarine, uncovered, on 100% power for 40 to 50 seconds or till melted. Drizzle over bread triangles. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

These homemade Asiago Parmesan Croutons are great on salads, soups, or just for a snack.
Full recipe:
Ingredients 1 sourdough bread round 1/2 cup of olive oil 3 sprigs of Rosemary 5 sprigs of Thyme 2 cloves of garlic 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese 1/3 cup of grated asiago cheese Garlic Slat and pepper to taste
Preparation Cut bread into ½ cups (about 6-8 cups) Finely chop rosemary, thyme, garlic, and cheese In a small mixing bowl add oil, herbs, garlic, salt, pepper, cheeses, and mix together In a large mixing bowl ad bread and oil mixture and stir until well combined When ready to cook place on in a pan or a baking sheet
Cooking Options Smoker/bbq: cook at 375 degrees for 30mins Bake: bake at 375 degrees for 30mins
Post cook Let cool Add to your salads, soups, or any other dish that needs a little crunch.
