How To make Creamy Caesar Salad with Spicy Croutons
1 cl Garlic, halved
1/2 c Nonfat mayonnaise
2 tb Red wine vinegar
2 ts Dijon mustard
2 ts White wine
Worchestershire sauce 1 ts Anchovy paste
1/4 ts Pepper
2 ts Olive oil
3/4 ts Cajun seasoning
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 c (3/4 inch) sourdough bread
.cubes 18 c Torn romaine lettuce
1/3 c (1 1/3 oz) parmesan cheese
(fresh grated is best) Drop the garlic halves through the opening in a blender lid with blender on; process until minced. Add mayonnaise and the next 5 ingredients (mayonnaise through pepper); process until well-blended. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Combine oil, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic in a medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on High for 20 seconds. Add bread cubes; toss gently to coat. Spread bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet; bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Place lettuce in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with cheese and top with croutons.

Grilled Caesar Salad with Kings Hawaiian Croutons. Follow the recipe????????
- Slice a head of Romaine lettuce in half
- Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper
- Heat a grill to 500 degrees F. and grill the lettuce cut side down for 5 minutes
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Set aside
- Dice some Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls and toss them in olive oil and a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder
- Cook at 425 degrees F, for 5 minutes
- For the caesar dressing, combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard, 2 minced cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and Worcestershire, 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese and salt and pepper in a bowl
- Dress the grilled Romaine in the croutons and dressing, and cover in grated parmesan cheese.

Fresh crisp romaine, topped with homemade croutons, Parmesan shavings and a creamy Caesar dressing {minus the anchovies}!

Ingredients:
2 cloves of Fresh Garlic
1 cup Mayonnaise (homemade or store bought)
1/2 teaspoon of Ground Mustard
1 heaping teaspoon of grainy Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus two tablespoons, divided
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground Black Pepper, plus two pinches, divided
6 slices of good quality bread, cut into cubes
Kosher Salt
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shavings, more or less
Directions:
In a small food processor, pulse the garlic until minced.
Add in the mayo, ground mustard, Dijon, Worcestershire and Parmesan. Secure the lid and slowly pour in the olive oil. Season with a 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and pulse until combined. Pour in a container with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the bread into cubes, place on a rimmed sheet pan and toss with olive oil, two pinches of kosher salt and black pepper. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and let cool.
Wash, dry and chop the romaine. Place the lettuce into a large bowl and top with the cooled croutons and Parmesan shavings.
Plate and serve with the homemade Caesar dressing and more black pepper if desired.
