Ingredients:
Eggs : 2 pcs
Olive oil : 2 tsp
Spinach Leaves : 2 tsp
Onion : 1 tsp
Tomato : 1 tsp
Olives : 1 tsp
Salt and pepper : As per taste
Oregano mix : As per taste
Chili flakes : As per taste
Grated cheese
Chopped coriander or Parsley for garnishing

Procedure:
1. Take 2 eggs and beat them all thoroughly.
2. Add some salt, and pepper, and mix it well
3. In a pan add a small butter cube and let it melt.
4. Now add some chopped spinach and sauté well for 5-10 seconds.
5. Now add roughly chopped onion, tomato, and black olives and stir fry all of the mixtures.
6. Now take out all the vegetables on a plate.
7. In the same pan, add some oil and pour the egg mixture into it.
8. Wait until the Omelette is ready from both sides
9. Now add the prepared veggies to one side of the omelet.
10. Now add some grated cheese over it.
11. Sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes over the whole Omelette.
12. Now gently fold the Omelette from one side over the veggies side.
13. Take it out on a plate and is ready to eat.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Bell pepper green julienne 1 tbs
-Bell pepper yellow julienne 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) ½
-Palak (Spinach) handful small leaves
-Cherry tomato 4-5
-Hara dhaniya (Coriander leaves) 1 tbs
-Ande (Eggs) 4
-Doodh (Milk) 1-2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1-2 pinch
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1-2 pinch
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Zetoon (Olives) chopped 1 tbs
-Feta cheese (optional) 2 tbs
-Hara dhaniya (Green coriander) chopped to sprinkle
Directions:
-Cut all the vegetables.
-In bowl,add eggs,milk,salt and black pepper powder, whisk it and set aside.
-In small frying pan,add olive oil,onion,bell pepper green,bell pepper yellow and spinach, sauté for 1 minute.
-Add cherry tomato,salt and black pepper powder,give it a good mix and set aside.
-In frying pan,add olive oil and eggs mixture,cook until omelet is almost set but still creamy and moist on top.
-Sprinkle dried oregano and fill stir fried vegetable over half of each omelette.
-Add olives (chopped) and feta cheese and sprinkle green coriander.
-With spatula, fold unfilled half over filling.
-Cook for about 30 seconds and plate the omelette.

-Cherry tomato,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein, aur side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein olive oil aur ande ka mixture dal ker omelet ko ek side sa paka lein.
-Dried oregano sprinkle karein aur ek side per stir fried vegetable dal dein.
-Olives (chopped) and feta cheese dal ker upper sa hara dhaniya sprinkle karein.
-Spatula ki madad sa ek side ko filling k upper dal dein.
-30 seconds kliya cook ker lein aur omelette plate mein nikal lein.
