How To make Jerk Chicken Wings
1 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Red wine vinegar
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 ea Medium onion, diced
1/4 c Fresh thyme leaves or 1 Tbs
2 tb Fresh ginger, minced
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 ts Ground nutmeg
2 ts Ground cloves
2 ts Ground allspice
12 ea Chicken wings
6-8 ea green onions, chopped
2-4 ea Scotch Bonnet (habanero) or
3-6 ea jalapeno peppers, seeded & minced
In a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine all the ingredients except the chicken wings. Process for 10 to 15 seconds at high speed. Pour the marinade into a bowl and add the wings. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, stirring after 3 hours. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Remove the wings from the marinade and place them on a rack on a baking sheet. Bake until they are browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
Arrange the chicken wings on leaf lettuce and serve immediately with cold beverages. Nutritional Info: Serving: 1 wing 225 calories, 12 grams protein, 10 grams carbohydrate 16 gram fat, 1408 mg sodium, 29 mg cholesterol.

5 lbs chicken wings
2 limes
3-5 scallions
1/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup olive oil

2 pounds of chicken wings (split)
1 tbsp jerk seasoning (via @spicejamaica )
2 tbsps green seasoning (or more)
1 tbsp jerk marinade
3 tbsps corn starch
For the sauce
1 cup honey
1 tbsp jerk seasoning (via @durtyjerk )
2 tbsps butter
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp vinegar
Juice from half a lemon
A pinch of salt
Green Seasoning
2 bell peppers
1 red bell pepper
5 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of green onions
thyme
rosemary
1 lime
Blend all vegetables together into a smooth paste.
Season chicken and set to marinate (overnight for best flavor). Once you are ready to fry the chicken, add cornstarch and toss. Fry wings at 365 (in vegetable oil and I used @_mrmakeithappen_ food thermometer to measure the exact temp for my lil) for at least 15 minutes. Depends on the size or the wings (them steroid chickens need longer). You can also bake the wings at 400 for 45 minutes.
For the sauce, add butter, seasoning, ginger paste, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Add honey and cook for minutes. Toss the wings and enjoy!

Recipe:
handful white onion
scallion
scotch bonnet peppers
1 Habanero
2 limes juice
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/2 brown sugar or white sugar
spoon full of:
rosted minced garlic
dried thyme
salt
cinnamon
ground ginger
nutmeg
black pepper
white pepper
ADD SOME HONEY FOR EXTRA SWEETNESS (recommend)
Blend it all together
add to chicken and let marinate overnight or 6 hours
cook on 370
I cooked one side for 25 mins FLIP and cook for 15 mins
Lastly finish it one broil for 3 minutes (this gets real hot so watch it for 3 mins for crisp on the wings)

Jerk Chicken Wings On The Grill / Jerk Wing Recipe
Ingredients:
▪️8 Whole chicken wings (cut into flats and drumettes)
▪️Jamaican Jerk Spice Seasoning (Homemade or Store Brand will
work)
▪️Real Jamaican Browning (Caribbean Dreams is the brand I use)
▪️Jamaican Jerk Sauce (BBQ style sauce)
▪️Juliana Authentic Jamaican HOT Jerk Seasoning
Directions:
1. Clean and wash your fresh wings in white vinegar.
2. Add your Jerk ground seasoning and rub it into your meat.
Repeat the same with the browning sauce, and Jerk HOT
seasoning.
3. Set your grill up for indirect cooking if youre using charcoals;
Start cooking at 375 degrees, gas grills: temp. 375 Degrees,
pellet grills; set temp. to 375 degrees.
4. Place your wings on grill skin side down, cook for 8-10 mins.
After that, flip the wings, cook for 8-10 mins. until the juices runs
clear. Using a med. size bowl, toss your chicken wing with the
Jerk (BBQ) sauce and let them cook for the last 5-10 mins. of
grilling. The chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees
Internally.
SERVE THEM UP AND ENJOY!!!
