How To make Homemade Chorizo
1 lb Pork butt
ground
1 ts Coarse salt
1 ts Black pepper :
freshly
Ground 2 tb Ancho chile powder
4 Cloves garlic minced
1/2 bn Fresh oregano :
chopped
1 ts Ground coriander
1 tb Ground cumin
2 tb Vinegar

Thank you for watching my Mexican Chorizo Sausage video. On this video, I made the traditional flavors of Mexican chorizo but made it into a sausage. Traditional Mexican chorizo has very little texture as it has a ton of fat, I wanted the flavors of chorizo but I also wanted to make it into a sausage you can enjoy on a bun like a traditional sausage.

-I’m using my Professional 5™ Plus Series 5 Quart Bowl-Lift Stand Mixer, along with a Food Grinder Attachment
- I only use mexican oregano except my pasta dishes ????

Ingredients: 2 lbs of chorizo
2 lbs beef ribeye or your choice of meat (ex pork shoulder or ground beef the fatty the better)
4 guajillo Chile pods
1 chile ancho
4 Chile arbol
1 inch of cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp ground
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 bay leaves
3 whole cloves or 1/2 tsp ground
2 tsp whole black pepper
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mexican oregano
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp whole cumin
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp salt

How to make The Best Homemade Mexican Chorizo | Beef Chorizo
I love preparing homemade chorizo because I control what goes in it and know it doesn't contain all the preservatives. You can also prepare it in large quantities, freeze it and use it as needed throughout the month.
Ingredients
3 Lbs Ground Beef with 20% Fat, ground chicken, turkey, or ground pork
1 Tbsp Salt
6 Chile Guajillos
1 Chile Ancho
6=8 Chiles de Arbol
1 Cup White Vinegar or Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Oregano
6-8 Whole Cloves
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp peppercorns
1/4 White Onion
6-8 Large Garlic Cloves
