Hey everyone, welcome back to another video! This day we took the Parker out for a local day of fishing. The plan was to search around and try some new rockfish spots and see if we could fill up the bag. After that we were going to spend the rest of the day drifting for halibut. To our surprise we found a spot loaded with red snapper (vermillion rockfish) and got our limit in no time!

On se demande souvent comment cuire une pizza au four, à la maison. C’est vrai qu’ils ne sont pas toujours puissants ni adaptés à la pizza, même avec l’utilisation d’une pierre. On se retrouve souvent avec une pizza que l’on doit cuire assez longtemps et qui sèche un peu, avec une coloration moyenne de la sole.
J’ai déjà expérimenté quelques solutions et technique de cuisson pizza, pour utiliser au mieux les fours classiques afin de cuire des pizzas acceptables et vous faire la main avant de passer à l’achat d’un four dédié.
Cette fois je te présente une astuce pizza pour réussir une belle cuisson, grâce à la méthode combo et grâce à l'utilisation d'un peu de vapeur lors de l'enfournement.
⚠️ Crêpières et poêles en Teflon, ne pas dépasser 250-260°. Préférez l'utilisation d'une poêle en fonte si possible (qui peut aller au four direct aussi accessoirement) ⚠️
