How To make Double Crusted Spinach Quiche
***CRUST*** 5 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup Crisco
1 1/3 cups water
***QUICHE*** 6 eggs
5 frozen boxes spinach
1 pound feta cheese
3 bunches scallions
1 pound pot cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
Divide Crust batter into 2 sections. Line a 9 X 11 pan. Mix together filling an d pour in. Cover with top crust. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is light brown . Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD"

Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Quiche
4 small premade pie crusts
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
6 large eggs
1/2 cup cream or milk
1/2 cup chopped smoked salmon
1/2 cup finely chopped asparagus
1/2 cup cubed cream cheese
1 tablespoon freshly chopped chives
1 tablespoon freshly chopped dill
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
In a medium bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the eggs and cream. Set them aside.
Brush the pie crust with the Dijon mustard. Add the smoked salmon, asparagus, cream cheese and fresh herbs. Pour over the egg mixture. Bake the quiche until the eggs have set and the crust is golden, 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold.

MY TWO FAVORITE VEGETABLE QUICHE/SPINACH AND ONIONS BROCCOLI AND CHEESE /BIG COUNTRY BREAKFAST
This super easy Quiche Recipe is so delicious and simple to make. Quiche is one of my favorites because its so versatile. It works just as well for breakfast as it does for dinner! Feel free to be creative and switch it up with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, or meats to make it perfect suit your taste!
THIS RECIPE IS FOR TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF QUICHE
Ingredients:(BROCCOLI AND CHEESE QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 cup cooked broccoli chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
Ingredients(SPINACH AN ONION QUICHE)
1 pie crust par baked 3 minutes
4 large eggs
2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked spinach chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
1/2 cup Gruyere cheese shredded
1/2 cup chopped onions sauteed
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the spinach,onions, and 1 cup of the Swiss and Gruyere cheese mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Get the Recipe:
Dough
3 cups Glicks White Flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup cold canola oil
4-6 tablespoons cold water
Filling
1/2 white onion, finely diced
3 cups frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed to release as much water as possible
8 Frozen artichokes, defrosted, trimmed and chopped into 1/8-inch slices
4 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
