How To make Country Creamed Chicken
3 half boneless chicken breasts
skinned and cubed
1/2 teaspoon thyme :
optional
1 Tablespoon oil
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) cut green beans -- drained
Saute chicken and thyme in oil 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Blend soup with milk, add to skillet with vegetables. Heat through.
Serve over hot buttered noodles or mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve with hot biscuits or bread, if desired. Makes 6 servings.

For Marination:
1kg chicken curry pieces (bone-in)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
3/4 tsp of ground red chilli
For Spice Mixture
1 inch cinnamon stick
4 green cardamom pods
6 cloves
1 tbsp of coriander seeds
3/4 tbsp of cumin seeds
7 Kashmiri red chillies
For Creamy Chicken Curry:
1/2 cup of cooking oil
marinated chicken
2 medium size onions, chopped
2 tsp of ginger&garlic paste
3/4 cup of tomato puree
1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of ground Kashmiri red chilli
3 green chillies, chopped
3/4 tsp of crushed black pepper
spice mixture
1/2 tsp of garam masala
3/4 cup of Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup of thicken cream
1 tbsp of dry fenugreek leaves
3/4 tsp of salt
some chopped coriander leaves

BEST White Chicken Enchiladas | CREAMY Chicken Enchilada Recipe ~ MY WAY
INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 to 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 flour tortillas
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese - divided
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup diced onion
1 - 6oz can diced green chilies
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbsp. cream cheese
In a bowl mix shredded chicken, seasonings and 1 cup shredded cheese.
Microwave flour tortillas for about 15 seconds to make pliable.
Put 1/2 to 3/4 cup of chicken mixture on tortillas and roll.
In a skillet add butter and onions and cook for a couple minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook/ stir for another minute.
Add flour, cook and stir for another minute.
Add chicken broth, stir and turn heat up to bring to a simmer.
Add green chilies, bring to simmer and cook until sauce thickens.
Turn off heat.
Add cream cheese and stir until incorporated.
Add sour cream and stir until incorporated.
Pour white sauce over enchiladas.
Sprinkle rest of cheese over top.
Bake 350 degrees Farenheit for 20-25 minutes.
Low broiler for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup (60 ml) cooking oil
3 Tbsp (42.5 g) unsalted butter
1/2 small onion (diced)
1 medium carrot (diced)
1 stick of celery (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 1/2 lbs (680 g) boneless skinless chicken breast
**SEASONINGS**
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp onion salt blend
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1/4 tsp dried rosemary

7 Tbsp (65 g) all-purpose flour
3 cups (709 ml) low sodium chicken broth
1 cup (236.5 ml) whole milk (or heavy cream)
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp (14 g) butter (melted)
fresh parsley for garnish
BISCUITS
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 cups (310 g) self-rising flour
1/2 tsp salt (if using fine salt only add 1/4 tsp)
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup (236.5 ml) buttermilk
Bake in a preheated oven at 425 F / 218 C for 20 to 25 minutes
