* Cabbage - 14 oz | 400 g
* Carrot - 5 oz | 150 g
* Onion - 5 oz | 150 g
* Bell pepper - 3,5 oz | 100 g
* Celery - 2 oz | 50 g
* Chopped tomatoes - 14,5 oz | 400 g
* Water - 1L
* Soy sauce - 1,5 tbsp
* Garlic - 1 clove
* Dried oregano - ½ tsp
* Dried paprika - 1 tsp
* 1 Bay leaf
* Ground black pepper - to taste
* Salt - to taste

???? Preparation:
1. Cut the cabbage into pieces about 2-3 cm thick, finely chop the onion, celery, carrot, and sweet pepper, and mince the garlic.
2. Place the vegetables in a pot, add chopped tomatoes, soy sauce, paprika, oregano, ground black pepper to taste, pour in hot water, bring to a boil, stir, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25 minutes.
3. Add the garlic, salt to taste, stir, add the bay leaf, and cook for an additional 5 minutes under the lid.
5. Then, remove the bay leaf, turn off the stove, and let it steep. Serve the soup, optionally garnished with fresh herbs. Enjoy!

1. You can replace water with meat, chicken, vegetable, or mushroom broth.
2. For a creamy flavor, you can add sour cream, natural yogurt, or cream cheese while cooking or when serving.

-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 2 Cups
-Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
-Yakhni (Stock) low sodium 3 Cups or as required
-Pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 2 pinches
-Dried basil leaves ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Instant oats ¼ Cup
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & mix well for a minute.
-Add onion & mix well.
-Add cabbage,carrot,tomato,mix well & stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
-Add stock,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add pink salt,turmeric powder,dried basil leaves,dried oregano and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-In spice mixer,add instant oats and grind to make powder.
-In a bowl,add ground oats and water and mix well.
-Now add dissolved oats mixture,mix well and cook until soup is thick (approx. 2-3 minutes).
-Add black pepper crushed,lemon juice,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Garnish with lemon slice,green onion leaves & serve hot!

1 cup potato cubes
1 medium-sized red onion roughly chopped

✅ Ingredients:
• fresh cabbage – 12 oz | 350 g
• sauerkraut with brine – 9 oz | 250 g
• onion –5,5 oz | 160 g
• carrot – 4 oz | 120 g
• bacon – 7 oz | 200 g
• smoked sausage – 12 oz | 350 g
• meat or chicken broth – 4 pt | 1,9 l
• 2 bay leaf
• dill – ⅓ oz | 10 g
• potato – 10 oz | 280 g
• sweet paprika – 2 tsp
• salt – 1 tbsp
• ground black pepper – ½ tsp
✅ You will need:
• stockpot
• carving board

1. Dice the onion finely, cut the carrot into thin half rings, dice the cabbage and potato, cut the sausage into round slices and bacon into not big pieces.
2. Heat the stockpot over low heat and fry the bacon for 3 minutes over low heat, add the sausage and fry for another 3 minutes over low heat.
3. Add the onion and carrot and keep frying for 4 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally.
4. Add the fresh diced cabbage and fry over low heat for 3 minutes.
5. Add the sauerkraut, potato, the meat or chicken broth, paprika, salt, bay leaves, bring to a boil and reduce the heat. Cover with the lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
6. Switch off the stove, sprinkle the kapusniak with chopped dill and serve to the table.
