1 md Onion
2 c Potato buds
1 1/2 c Peas and Carrots
2 Green Chillies
1 ts Lemon Juice
1 c Gram flour
1/2 ts Mustard seed
pn Turmeric 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 Inch Ginger
1 sm Bunch Coriander leaves
2 ts Salt
Oil The filling is prepared as follows: 1. Mix potato buds and 1/2 tsp of salt with 1 cup of hot water
2. Chop ginger, chillies, coriander leaves, and onion finely
3. Heat oil (about 5 table spoons) and add mustard seeds
4. Add chopped ingredients and fry till onions are brown
5. Add carrots, peas, turmeric and 1 tsp of salt and cook on low
heat for about 10 minutes. 6. Add potato (now mashed) and fry for 5 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and add lemon juice and let it cool
The batter is prepared as follows: Combine gram flour, 3 tbsps of oil, 3/4 cup water, 1/2 tsp salt, the baking powder and mix thoroughly After batter is prepared, make small balls out of the filling and roll them in the batter. Then fry in hot oil. You will get about 20-30 small bondas. Recipe By : Somesh Rao

1. Besan-1 cup
2 rice flour-2 tspn
3. salt-1/2 tspn
4. haldi-1/4 tspn
5. water - as required
method:
Add besan Or gram flour in a bowl. Add all other ingredients lastly add water little by little in hatches & make medium consistency batter.

Onion (സവോള) - 1 No (125 gm) - Chopped
Ginger (ഇഞ്ചി) - 1 Inch Piece (Chopped)
Green Chilli (പച്ചമുളക്) - 2 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 1 Sprig (Chopped)
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon

Aloo bonda is a chai time snack served across India. The vada or bonda is a famous homemade mashed potato fritter, normally prepared with leftover potato curry from morning breakfast.
Eventually the vada was stuffed inside soft buns, which was coined as vada pav.This famous tiffin / snack originated in Mumbai. The vada pav is world famous and sold across all railways stations, bus stations and street food carts across india. The basic vada masala in this recipe is a curry served for fried bread (poori or chapathi).

Aloo Bonda (Potato Fritters) QUICK method!
Ingredients
➡️Idahoan mashed potato flakes 1 cup
➡️Green chillies 4-5 ( i like it spicy u can use according to your spice level)
➡️Curry leaves 6 to 8
➡️Cilantro 5 to 6 sprigs
➡️Mint leaves 8 to 10
➡️Cumin seeds 1 tsp
➡️Turmeric powder just to give color 1/3 tsp
➡️Lemon 1
➡️Gram flour 2 cups
➡️Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
➡️Water to make paste
Method:
1.Take the idahoan potatoes add water and mix till they look like mashed potatoes.keep aside
2.In a skillet add oil,cumin seeds,cilantro,curry leaves,turmeric powder,and lemon juice and salt.
3. Now grind the above.
4. Add that paste to the potatoes.
5. Shape them into small balls. Set aside
6. Now take gram flour add ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and make it into a paste not very liquidy.
7. Put the balls in this paste and deep fry till golden brown.
8. Enjoy them with ketchup or tamarind chutney.
This recipe makes 8 to 10 balls
