2 tb Oil 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Bok Choy 1 c Bean sprouts 1 c Snow Peas 1 ts Cornstarch 2 ts Chicken bouillon powder 1/2 ts Sugar 1/2 c Water Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas Stir fry 5-7 min. Mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar to-gether well and add to vegetables. Stir fry until glazed and thickened.
