2 c -Boiling water
3 Almond herbal tea bags
1 pt Lemon sherbet; or orange
-sherbet Pour the boiling water over tea bags. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; discard. Chill tea for at least 2 hours. At serving time, spoon sherbet into 4 chilled glasses, pour in chilled tea. MAKES: 4 - 8 oz servings Per serving: 129 cal., 1 g. protein, 30 g. carbo., 1 g. fat, 10 mg. sodium

*INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
-In A Thick Bottom Kadhai
-Boil 1 Litre Milk
-Heat On A High Flame
-Soak (10-12) Almonds In A Water For (4-5) Hours
-Now Peel The Almonds & Add It Into The Grinder Jar Along With 1/4th Cup Of Milk
-Soak It For 5 Minutes
-Keep It Aside For A Minute
-When The Milk Start To Boil, Lower The Flame To Medium & Keep Stirring The Milk
-Boil The Milk Until It Is Reduced To A Quarter
-Also Scrap The Milk Solids From The Sides Of The Pan
-Now Grind The Soaked Almonds & Pour It Into The Milk & Stir Continuously
-Meanwhile, Take 1/4th Cup Milk In A Bowl
-Add 1 Tsp Custard Powder To It
-Make Sure The Milk Is At The Room Temprature
-Mix It & Make A Lump-Free Batter
-Turn The Flame On Low & Pour The Custard Powder Paste Into The Milk
-Stir Quickly & Continually To Prevent Lumps
-Add 1 Tbsp Cardamom Powder
-Mix Everything Very Well
-Further Add 5 Tbsp Sugar & Stir
-You Can Add Sugar As Per Your Taste
-Let It Boil On Low Flame For (3-4) Minutes
-Crushed Almonds - 2 Tbsp
-Mix Well
-After (5-7) Minutes, Turn Off The Flame
-And Let The Milk Cool Down At Room Temprature
-And Then Refrigerate The Badam Shake For (4-5) Hours
-Serve Badam Shake Chilled
-Topped With Some Crushed Almonds

Do try these crispy n crunchy almond sticks. you'll love them.
Ingredients
Almonds - ½ cup (crushed)
- 10-12 pc (sliced for garnish)
Butter - 100g
Icing sugar - 75g
Almond extract - 1 tsp
Almond flour - 30g
AP flour - 150g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Milk as required
Method
•preheat oven at 170°C for 10 mins.
•crush almonds coarse.
•add sugar to the butter and cream the butter until soft, fluffy and pale in colour.
•now add crushed almonds, almond extract, almond flour, AP flour, baking powder and combine.
•add milk little by little, just enough to bring the dough together.
•roll the dough as shown and wrap in a cling.
•Refrigerate for at least one hour.
•Cut in your desired shape.
•bake at 170°C for atleast 20 mins.
•transfer on a cooling rack.
•allow it to cool completely and turn crunchy.
Tips
•add milk little by little so that the dough comes together perfectly and doesn't become loose to handle.
•keep a close eye during baking. Sometimes you just blink and your stuff goes for a toss.
•refrigerate atleast 1 hour before cutting into pieces. It helps in getting clean cuts and slices.

Ingredients:
4 C Water
1 C Almonds
2 Tbsp Agave (Optional)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 Tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
Add ingredients to jar in order listed, secure lid and select whole juice. Then strain the contents through a nut milk bag or cheese cloth. Place strained almond milk back in the jar and press pulse 3-5 times.

About Almonds
