Porcini Mushroom Lasagne - traditional italian recipe
Hello everybody and welcome to my kitchen; today we will see how to prepare lasagne with mushrooms. For 6-8 portions we will need: 300 gr of fresh lasagne pasta, 400 gr of sautéed mushrooms, 60 gr of Grana or parmesan grated cheese, 1 liter of béchamel, salt and extravirgin olive oil. If you want to see the recipes of fresh pasta, sautéed mushrooms and béchamel, you can find them on our website cucinaconnoi.it. First of all, we blanch the lasagne : we put salt and a little of oil in the water pot and we place 4 or 5 lasagne at a time. After 2 or 3 minutes we drain them and we leave them in a basin of cold water, then we finally drain them and let them dry on a towel. Now we can put together the dish: we spread with butter a baking pan and then we spread the base with hot béchamel. Then we make a layer with pasta, then another one with béchamel,we add the mushrooms (if you want, you can melt them with the béchamel), we sprinkle parmesan over the top, then we go on until we have made 5 layers. Once finished, we spread béchamel over the top; it must be hot, so that you can spread it well. We sprinkle some more parmesan, then we put in the oven at 170-180 Celsius degrees for 40-50 minutes (depending on the type of oven). When our lasagna is ready, we let it rest about 10 minutes before serving it. Goodbye from Sonia and see you to our next recipe.
