1 x Frying chicken 1/2 ts Oregano 1/2 ts Basil 1 c Dry white wine 1/2 ts Garlic salt 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper Wash chicken and cut up. In small amount of Oil, brown chicken pieces on all sides. Pour off excess Oil. Add Wine and seasonings. over and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender. -----

Chicken Thighs with Leeks, Garlic, Lemon, Wine & Herbs
Ingredients: 3 - 4 lbs. Pastured Chicken Thighs, Cleaned and Rinsed 1 Organic Leek, Thoroughly Cleaned and Sliced 4 - 5 Whole Cloves of Garlic 2 Organic Lemons Sliced, One for Cooking, One for Garnish 1/3 Cup of Dry Rose' or White Wine 1/3 Cup of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 3 Organic Bay Leaves 1 TBPS Organic Dried Thyme 1 TBSP Organic Dried Tarragon 2 TSP Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt
Directions: PreHeat the Oven to 375 Degrees Put Chicken Thighs in a Dutch Oven or Oven Safe Pan with a Cover Add Chopped Leeks Add Whole Garlic Cloves, Distributing Throughout the Pan Add One Sliced Lemon, Distributing Throughout the Pan Add the 3 Bay Leaves to the Pan Sprinkle some of the Thyme and Tarragon on Top Add the Wine and the Olive Oil Sprinkle on the Remaining Thyme and Tarragon Finish with the Salt Place in Oven for 15 Minutes with Cover On Remove Cover and Bake for 45 Minutes or Until Done Remove from Oven, Discard the Lemon and Garlic (Garlic Optional) Garnish with Remaining Lemon Slices and Serve!
