How To make Ambrosia Cake
1 Box White Cake Mix
2 Boxes Orange Gelatin Powder
1 Cup Boiling Water
4 Eggs
3/4 Cup Salad Oil
Frosting: 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1 Can Pineapple
5 Sections Mandarin Oranges
1 Maraschino Cherry
Coconut
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Cool a few minutes.
Add gelatin to cake mix with all other ingredients. Mix about 2 minutes on med ium speed.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 inch pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
FROSTING:
Combine, pineapple with powdered sugar. Mix well and spread on hot cake.
Sprinkle coconut over pineapple.
Decorate top with five mandarin orange sections in a circle with a maraschino c herry in the center.

Ambrosia Salad Cake || How to Make
This cake with Ambrosia Salad Filling or we call it, our Ambrosia Cake version, is truly one of a kind.
This is so flavorful. It has the taste of different juicy fruits like mandarin orange, pineapple, cherries, coconut and the sweetness of marshmallows combined in one. This is so refreshing to eat, having moderate sweetness.

The Complete List of Ingredients are as follows:
FOR THE AMBROSIA SALAD CAKE FILLING
1. 1 cup All-Purpose Cream (chilled)
2. 4 tbsp. Powdered Sugar
3. 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4. 2 tsp. Unflavored Gelatin Powder (dissolved in ¼ cup of hot water)
5. ½ cup Mandarin Orange
6. ½ cup Pineapple Tidbits
7. ½ cup of fresh grated Coconut
8. ½ cup Maraschino Cherries (cut in small pieces)
9. ½ cup Marshmallows (cut in small pieces)
FOR THE CAKE:
1. 1 cup All-Purpose Flour (125 grams)
2. 5 Egg Yolks from medium sized egg
3. Egg Whites from 5 medium eggs
4. ½ cup Sugar
5. ¼ cup Cooking Oil
6. 1 tsp. Vanilla or Lemon Extract
7. 1 pinch of Salt
8. 1 tsp. Baking Powder
9. ¼ cup Milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
For the Ambrosia Salad Cake Filling:
1. Whisk 1 cup of all purpose cream. Add 4 tbsp. of powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla extract.
2. Dissolve 2 tsp. of unflavored gelatin powder in ¼ cup of hot water.
3. Once cool down add the gelatin to the cream.
4. Add the Mandarin orange, pineapple tidbits, Maraschino cherries, marshmallows and grated fresh coconut.
5. Mix all and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
For the cake:
1. Whisk egg white until foamy.
2. Add ¼ cup sugar gradually.
3. Add vanilla extract. Continue to whisk until stiff peak forms.
4. In a cup put five egg yolks.
5. Add ¼ cup sugar, ¼ cup cooking oil and ¼ cup milk.
6. Mix together and add into the meringue.
7. Sift 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 pinch of salt.
8. Add the sifted flour into the wet ingredients in 2 batches. Mix it and put into the cake pan.
9. Bake in a preheated oven of 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes or until skewer inserted in comes out clean.
10. When the cake is done cut it into three round slices.
11. Using a cake ring, arrange the cake alternately with the chilled Ambrosia salad cake filling.
12. Decorate with some mandarin orange on top with cherry.
13. Refrigerate overnight.
14. Then our Ambrosia Cake is ready to enjoy.
