Quick and Simple Homemade Fruit Dip
This fruit dip recipe is the perfect combo of creamy, fluffy, sweet and tart! It’s perfect for all of the best fruits of summer and comes together in under 15 minutes!
Recipe:
Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature (450g)
1 cup powdered sugar (150g)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
⅓ cup sour cream (75g)
1 cup heavy cream (235ml)
Instructions

00:21 Place softened cream cheese in a large bowl and stir until smooth and creamy (an electric mixer or stand mixer is best for this).
00:35 Add half of the powdered sugar (½ cup/75g) , vanilla extract, and lemon juice and stir until smooth. Add sour cream and stir again until completely combined.
01:46 Combine heavy cream and remaining powdered sugar (½ cup/75g) in a separate bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until you’ve achieved stiff peaks (the mixture should be thick and fluffy).
02:39 Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and stir until smooth and completely combined.
03:00 Serve immediately or chill, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 days/until ready to serve.

There’s nothing more nostalgic to me as grandma's Ambrosia salad on holidays. I loved it so much that I made her make it every time I came over. Now I want to share this wonderful recipe with you.
This creamy dessert salad has bursts of pineapple, cherries, oranges and crunchy pecans. Oooops I almost forgot the fruity mini marshmallows that bring this “salad” to a whole other level!

This dip only has three whole ingredients. Yes — that’s all you need! What you’ll need to have on hand is cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla yogurt!
Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature or your ingredients will not blend smoothly. Check out the video for my easy hacks for getting that cream cheese to come to room temperature fast!
To make the #creamcheesefruitdip, add the cream cheese, #marshmallowfluff, and vanilla yogurt to a mixing bowl. Grab your handy-dandy handheld mixer and mix on medium speed until it’s extra smooth and creamy! This dip can be made up to three days in advance. Yes, please!
Then, set it aside and let’s make a gorgeous #fruitplatter together!
Grab some strawberries, pineapple, grapes, blueberries, cantaloupe, and some sliced apples. Place the fruit dip on the platter, and arrange all of your fruit all around the #fruitdip!
