K·FISH | Bulgogi Tuna Rice Burger
In South Korea they are known as bapburgers (bap/bab means rice in Korean language). Instead of using buns for making the burger, we used shortgrain Korean rice; flavoured with seasoned seaweed and compressed into rice cakes. Then filled with flavourful tuna patty and assortment of greens and onions.

TAKE A BREAK Ep. 04 || Snack Time - Tuna Rice Ball (Eat with me ASMR) || R&R
TAKE A BREAK Ep. 04! It's a busy day and we're having a snack today.
I've been busy this whole week with different projects. Today was extra busy and I forgot to eat lunch, so I'm gonna do a quickie but goodie snack! You guys could do this in less than 5 minutes so it's a good snack to prepare for extra busy days like this. Today I'm using canned tuna but you can make this with basically anything you want.
Advice for the day:
Don't forget to take a break even if it's 5 minutes or even 10, just take time to stop and breathe. Work hard but work smart! Working smart means also taking care of yourself
Sometimes we work hard too much that we forget to take care of ourselves by taking a breather. Stand up, stretch, grab a snack, or just breathe... It's important!
-------------
Remember to take a break once in a while!
Leave a comment below what drink + snack combo you want me to try next!
