2 c -Boiling water
3 Almond herbal tea bags
1 pt Lemon sherbet; or orange
-sherbet Pour the boiling water over tea bags. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags; discard. Chill tea for at least 2 hours. At serving time, spoon sherbet into 4 chilled glasses, pour in chilled tea. MAKES: 4 - 8 oz servings Per serving: 129 cal., 1 g. protein, 30 g. carbo., 1 g. fat, 10 mg. sodium

Here is the recipe:????
Ingredients
150 g roasted almonds
200 g rolled oats
30 g pumpkin seeds
50 g dried raisin
20 g wolfberries (goji)
150 g honey
100 g butter
¼ tsp salt
Preparation????
1. Preheat oven to 165°C. Place almonds in mixing bowl, chop 8 sec/speed 5.
2. Add rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, raisins and wolfberries, chop 8 sec/speed 5. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.
3. Place honey and butter in mixing bowl, melt 4 min/60°C/speed 0.5. Meanwhile, line a square baking tin (20 cm x 20 cm) with parchment paper.
4. Add almond-oat mixture and salt, mix 10 sec/speed 2. Transfer mixture into prepared baking tin. To even the surface, flatten and press firmly with a cake flattener to compress the mixture.
5. Bake in preheated oven (165°C) for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden brown and harden. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Cut into small pieces while it is still slightly warm. Let it cool completely before serving or keep in an airtight container.
Tips????
???? Best served with homemade yogurt, milk or almond milk.
???? Replace roasted almonds with pine nuts, pecan nuts or macadamia nuts.
???? Replace dried raisins and wolfberries with dried cranberries and sunflower seeds.
???? Always preheat your oven before baking. The baking time and temperature illustrated here are general guidelines. Make necessary adjustments on the time and temperature to suit your oven.
Variations:
Easy granola: reduce butter to 50 g in step 3. In step 4, transfer the mixture into a baking tray and spread into a thin layer. Follow baking time in step 5.

~The Tang Orange Almond Cracker~
Serves 2
Ingredients
Almonds (soaked & peeled) - 1cup
Honey - 1 tbsp
Water - 3 cups
Vanilla extract - few drops
Tang Orange - 4tbsp
Ice cubes - handful (optional)
Rosemary - 2 sprigs
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except rosemary into a blender and blend them till the almonds are finely ground.
- Using a muslin cloth strain it. Pour the drink into glasses and garnish with a rosemary sprig. Mix together the leftover almond meal and shape them tightly into pedas.
- Serve them along with the Tang Orange Almond Cracker.
